I'm giving a neutral rating because I'm not sure what might be going on. Since having Greenway out to spray inside and around the perimeter of our house, all my hummingbirds have disappeared. We were told to give the treatment two weeks before reporting any bugs inside the house, and while I still have noticed some, I'm waiting for that period of time to pass. I'm sure the service will be fine, but I'm Just wondering if anyone else has experienced a sudden decline in non-bug wildlife since using Greenway. Having the hummingbirds suddenly disappear is concerning and the pest control is the only thing that has changed. read more

I am filing a second complaint because after being told they would credit one of the months service I paid for, I see that they provided ZERO credit and on top of that charged a third monthly installment, then still charged a full $300 termination fee. This company has dishonestly charged for services that it did not provide. I signed up with Greenway to give them a chance. The first service was discounted, and I was told that if I cancelled my contract I would have to repay the discount. This is completely fair and I have no issue with this. HOWEVER, when I called to cancel my service contract due to lack of communication from the company and someone showing up when I specifically asked to reschedule an appointment and then having them try to come out again 2 weeks later, I was informed that they would NOT credit the monthly payments they had already taken from my account and I still owed them a full $300. Then I was told that they would credit ONE of my monthly payments, but not the other TWO. So they took $177 from my account for services they never provided, and still took another $300 from my account to cancel the contract. This means I have paid $477 to cancel a service that the contract stated was a $300 fee. When I pointed this out, they're reasoning was that they tried to provide the service but me cancelling my contract did not allow them to provide it, so there was nothing further they could do. THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY WHO STEALS MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR SERVICES THAT THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED. read more

Never use this business... The sales person was on my block for more then 8 hours aggressively trying to get people to purchase pest control. He would name off random names and claim they were my neighbors and he was referred to speak to me. I know all my neighbors names so he clearly lied. All my neighbors talk and his picture and videos of him was sent all around the block. I have a tall front gate/fence. Outside my gate is my Ring Doorbell so clearly that's wear people stand and wait for me to answer he proceeded to shake and aggressively get past my gate and into my courtyard to knock on my door and look in my front window. He then left and left the gate door wide open. He came back hours later and did the same thing. I would never hire a company whose sales people are so aggressive and intrusive. 1) find out what 'No Soliciting' signs mean. 2) advise your salespeople to skip the house that displays such a sign. respecting the resident's wishes to not be disturbed or called upon for a cold sale is actually pretty easy to do! 3) observe the Yelp reviews to monitor that your salespeople are following your directions. if not, time to tighten up on some training, or perhaps some reading comprehension courses are in order. i ran a quick search on your reviews and see that people have been recording your salespeople ignore 'No Soliciting' signs on a regular basis for the past few years. Maybe the Greenway owners/managers need to take the reading comprehension courses as well? why would you make people mad at your business right off the bat? read more

The office is a mess. Please do business with someone else and save yourself a headache. I give the office zero stars - these guys have no business calling themselves a company. I specifically asked for bedbug and flea treatment on the inside of my home. I asked in writing via email and via phone that Greenway schedule service treatments on Saturdays when I am home to let the technician in. Unfortunately Greenway would schedule an appointment during the week (when I was at work and not home), so the technicians wouldn't treat the inside the house. I asked Supervisors, Branch Managers for the techs to visit Saturdays and despite being told it would be rescheduled to Saturday, continued visits happened during the week. I have been a customer of Greenway Pest solutions for over 1 year. In July this year I experienced a infiltration of black ants in my kitchen, they were on the kitchen counters and on the floor of my kitchen. Since they have been spraying regularly, this should not have happened. I called them for a re-visit and got an appointment 4 days later. I waited at home all day of my appointment, because I had to let the tech in to spray. No show! At 4pm I get a call from them. The Tech called in sick, sorry. So I received NO Revisit, and of course I took care of the ants myself! Who is going to WAIT 4 DAYS for the ants to be taken care of? So I cancelled and got charged a cancellation fee! It's better to cancel then to continue to pay for poor service, with spray that does not seem to work! read more

He never did, he never even called. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Everyone there is very nice. I told them I had a bug/mice problem. They sprayed, and a couple of days later I went out in our yard and found a few dead mice. Wow! That is how strong their solution is. I have used Greenway for years. Greenway has been servicing our house for about two years. The price is reasonable and the service is great. Their quarterly service calls have kept us free from ants, roaches, spiders, etc. The technicians are personable and interested in making sure the job is done well. A while back, we had a young man come by the house from greenway pest service (I guess now called evergreen pest co). We have been with the same exterminator for years, but the dude had charisma so I listened to what he had to say. He ended up talking me into a service, and I figured what the heck. He pulled out an iPad, had me sign for the service, and at first I was reluctant and asked him if it was a contract. THE DUDE STRAIGHT UP TOLD ME NO. They came and sprayed a couple days later, but did not get rid of an ant problem we had. I text the dude who signed us up, and he gave me a number for a tech to come spray. I called this dude, and he scheduled to come by a couple days later. I adjusted my schedule, left work early, came home, and the dude never showed. I gave them a chance, but being stood up steered me back to my old guys. Nail in the coffin I guess. Well today, a guy shows up from their company to spray. First off, I was never notified they were coming. When I told him we weren't gonna use their service he said it'd be a $200 early termination fee! I called their office, and spent nearly an hour on the phone with their "office manager", who was so unbelievably rude that it took all I had to hold it together. She stated that we are under contract, which I was unaware of but I trusted the dude when I signed after he said it wasn't a contract. We were totally conned!! I fought with her back and forth, she refused to budge on my issue, would not give me info for anyone above to talk to, and straight up was implying I was a liar. She would not listen to anything I had to say. She offered no resolution other than me paying or continuing service, and talked down to me the entire conversation. It was seriously the worst customer service I have ever received. I am so appalled at the way they run their business and treat people. I refuse to pay their fee or be a customer to them. I have been using Greenway Pest Solutions for over a year now. I have a preferred technician who does a great job. We started having problems with ants after several neighbors got treated and we didn't. They all came to my untreated home. Once we started service the first technician was supposed to do a heavy duty initial treatment. He didn't. He did the routine treatment which did nothing to resolve the ant issue. I called for another treatment and requested a different technician. They sent Edwin who did a heavy duty initial treatment and after about a week we never had another ant. Throughout the year we had the routine treatment every three months and everything was great. This season the ants were back. I called as soon as I noticed them. The first treatment which was the routine treatment with some bait traps didn't help. I got a second routine treatment with the same bait traps which also did not help. Edwin came out again and did a heavy duty treatment like he did when my home first got treated. I'm sure this time the ants will be gone as they were last time had this treatment. Lesson learned is to get the heavy duty initial treatment at the beginning of the ant season and there won't be repeated calls and treatment. If that is done the home is ant free the rest of the year. read more

I have been working with Greenway for more than a year and have been happy with the service so far. Each Technician is different and most are quite thorough--all are very personable. Because I travel often, they have been really flexible with me changing the dates of service--especially when I give them a few days notice. I normally try to get the very first appointment of the day and they have always been there by 8:15am--even when they travel from the snowy East Mountains! I would recommend this company as their product works well and won't harm you or your pets, which is a huge deal for me. Their prices will be slightly more expensive than the competitor, I think, as I have been with another company prior to them. I don't have any complaints and really like the texting service and rely they offer. And to comment about the person who doesn't like door to door sales because it isn't 21st Century, I'd say to you: Learn to say NO but don't get offended. Everyone has a job to do and since I am in sales, too, I understand how most people don't answer the phone if they don't recognize the number. Just had a salesperson from this company come to my door. He was very persistent and wouldn't take no for an answer. I told him I have a no solicitation sign in plain view and didn't appreciate the intrusion. He went on to explain that he was spraying in the neighborhood and was obligated to let us know the spray could be harmful to my dogs. Now if the spray is harmful to pets, then it's harmful to me.
