I had an amazing experience!! My nails met my expectations as did my fabulous pedicure. The only complaint I have is that they're currently offering 30% off, but when you are finished getting your services they tell you it's not 30% off of everything. The advertised promotion says 30% off, with no specifications. I would 100% pay full price for the amazing experience, but I was expecting to get 30% off & only received 15% off. Been here since they've opened: There are good days and there are terrible days. As of late, all of their days have been terrible. I went in to get a refill on 6/30, on a set they'd previously done and was trying to tell my technician about some of the nails that had cracked across the middle, and rather than acknowledge what I was saying, the tech cut me off in the middle of my explanation. The very same night, my nail ripped off my finger & was bleeding profusely. I came in on 7/3 to get my NAILS, fixed and tried to explain the problem to another technician who proceed to be extremely rude to me; kept roughly grabbing my hand, terrible attitude, and rushed right through the task at hand which resulted in another nail breaking the exact same way, that same night. I called the owner to explain what happened and came in on 7/5 to seemingly get the problem solved, only to have the same issue today on 7/14. I again, tried to tell my technician about the crack in my nail and she insisted she didn't see it and that it would be okay. Instead of completely removing the broken foundation, they continue to pile acrylic on top of my previously cracked nails, which repeatedly resulted in my nails cracking so bad that I bled. It also seems as if the workers aren't willing to do an adequate job if the owner isn't present. read more

First off, the "30% off for all customers/all services" as stated on their ad in front of the shop is misleading. What they don't tell you is that it's only 30% off the service price, not add-ons like shape and length. To further elaborate, my nails were priced at $90! I was thinking I'd get 30% off the total, it's not. It only counted towards the $50 price of the set. Was charged $20 for "design", $5 for "extra length", and another $5 for shape. This was my second time going there and I won't be returning. My friend and I spend over $300 together and agreed the prices are steep. I commented on their facebook page that their ad is misleading and they deleted the comment. Go figure read more

Service is wonderful. Very pricey compared to other salons in the area. I appreciate that they furnish coupons/discounts but they only serve patrons that can come during afternoon hours. I work until 4-5pm and a 20% discount drops to 10% after 3pm. Seems it should stay the same as most ladies do work these days. Also, they really do try to stretch the nail polish and the fill acrylic. My nails are almost transparent with polish. Other than being too pricey and skimping on products, they do great nails. Looked up Oasis nail Bar on yelp and considered going because of the reviews. They was able to take me an hour before they closed. Andy did a wonderful job taking care of my nails. He was very attentive. He mentioned add on services like my lashes, and asked the lash lady to come over to take a look. My nailed end up costing me $80 for removal of 6 nails and refill. I scheduled my appt with her and came back the next day. She was good, my lashes look awesome, but I must admit the prices were expensive. $120 for my lashes wispy, classic hybrid. She offer to take off my old lashes for free, which I'm very appreciative for. Took about one hour and half. I must admit, I was uncomfortable at times only because my lashes were stuck to one another and I can feel the pulling to correct it which hurt. Other than that, she told me $60 for refill within two-three weeks. I enjoyed my time with her. She was super sweet and extremely nice! I will be back for more services. read more

I tried a new place over the weekend. Molly did a great job on my pedicure and brow wax. She was very detailed. She tweezed after the wax - I can't stand when they don't tweeze, so good job! Prices are little higher than other salons, but I am always okay paying more for better quality. Parking is convenient to the location. One odd thing... they play techno music, which surprised me a bit. I'm not sure why they chose this genre, but I did hear some songs I liked. It reminded me of my clubbing days. Ha! The salon is very clean and has lots of service options. The massage chair was great for my sore should muscles. $60 for a regular pedicure, brow wax and 20% tip. read more

Manicure only - atmosphere was deceiving. They painted my nails and it was bad. By the time I got home the paint had wrinkled and the paint actually sagged on my nail. When I went back to have them fixed, I was told I was the only one who ever complained. Then I was told I should have picked a different color, then a different polish. Then finally she said that I should get the gel nail that would be better. I paid 36$ for the manicure and they never told me there was be a $10 charge for removing the gel nail I had on. I was blamed for not knowing that to. I thought they were insincere and disingenuous. Getting my nails done is a big treat for me, and I was overlooked. I've been going to Oasis for a couple of years now. Out of all of the salons in the area, I feel very comfortable here. Their iced coffee is so good. They have a full bar and you can ask for any drink you want but I always steer towards the iced coffee, yummm!!! Vi is my pedicure technician, she is awesome!!! I have gone 3 times to this nail salon each time getting progressively worse, which is why I give 1 star over 0 bc they have talent when they are actually trying to impress clients. I would like to start by saying the only menu I've never been presented a menu listing pricing, just a drink menu. Out of the 3 times I was there. Second time we printed a receipt of the services and the owner took the paper and threw it away which lead to suspicion. We hoped to be wrong so we let that time slide Moving forward...most recent visit they over charged $35 dollars. All because of a "miscommunication"....i spoke with my nail tech who quoted me differently that when it came time to charge. When I presented this to the manager it was excuses of "she barely knows English" and "our menu has always had these prices". Her offer was $20 back which I ended up not getting because I didn't even want to go back to the establishment after that conversation. This appointment was on 03/18 and by that weekend I had already noticed lifting and now it's to the point that a 80$ manicure is only gonna last me a week and a half when they've lasted a month before hand. Be aware that $50 for a refill is WAY over priced for a regular salon vs a single employee boutique. I've seen 35 maybe 40 but 50 is a price for a new set damn near! I know we can choose whichever salon we want but I would like to warn people who have had bad experiences like me to not go here bc it will further ingrain the idea that there is no good salon out there who doesn't over charge or judge you for wanting short nails. At this point I wish I was inclined enough to do them myself at home but this is supposed to be a relaxing opportunity. This company failed me. When I left my initial review about one year ago. I was very complimentary of the friendliness. Service, atmosphere, and the customer first disposition. Now I retract my initial sentiments. Getting a nail repaired two weeks after the initial service has proven to be a nightmare. The manager turned me away more than one due the original nail tech either being off or busy. I asked if another tech could repair the nail and the manager explained something about commission. As a customer, all I know is that I want my nail fixed. Then. I went here to get my birthday nails done and was back two days later to get them removed because of how awful they were. Around my cuticles were red and inflamed and under my nails my skin was starting to crack. I recognized it as the beginning signs of contact dermatitis and went to get them removed as soon as possible. When I went I told several employees about it and was ignore, they took my nails off and then expected me to pay $15 for it. I asked for a refund and they refused. I was told, and I quote, "you can leave." Never ever go here if you care about your nails. Thankfully I caught the contact dermatitis early but who knows what would have happened if I didn't. read more

This was my first time here and it really won't be my last. I really enjoyed my time here and was well relaxed. Usually when I go to these salons nobody explains a thing to me didn't even know we had a massage chair, but Molly had that chair already on and the remote on the seat ready for me. I used that chair the whole time I was there at one point I think I passed out from feeling so good didn't even realize the chair was off. First of all I am so sorry to Molly for my nasty crusty feet these feed haven't been touched since September of last year because I got pregnant. My feet look nice I mean dang the amount of skin this woman took off I am sorry lol. My toe nails are beautiful I never got orange before but I seen the burnt orange and fell in love. Even Molly was surprised she said ohhh this is a nice color I'm like yeah it actually is. I was not sure if we was supposed to get drinks or not usually places that charge as much as they do give us one drink I seen the wine so I wasn't sure.
