I absolutely love this place and should have done a review sooner! All the employees are welcoming and over the years I've only felt "rushed" once or twice, and it was when they were very very busy. That being said, the quality of care and attention to detail on nails is excellent and Anna is amazing at nail designs! She took her time and was patient and open to different nail ideas/designs I liked. Bella, the store pup is so sweet and welcoming as well There is always a positive atmosphere inside. I like getting my gel pedicure done here because they pay attention to shaping them and painting them evenly and can use some acrylic if one or two toenails are a bit too short. I really don't like when I go somewhere and my French tip ends up being uneven but this place has nailed it every time and they have a LOT of returning customers for a reason! I like knowing I'm supporting a local small business and getting quality care and nail designs. Definitely check them out if you haven't already! read more

Disappointed with my visit. The service was unprofessional from start to finish -- poor customer service, zero attention to detail, and no effort from either the owner or the nail techs to address concerns. The work was sloppy, the atmosphere was unfriendly, and it was clear customer satisfaction was not a priority. Their lack of attention to detail also reflects in their ways of working. At no point could I wash my hands or access clean water. They were washing my nails in dirty water. I would not recommend this salon. read more

Great service with a friendly staff and clean salon. I got a mani/pedi with regular polish and it came out to $52 which is very reasonable in comparison to most salons I've visited in the area. They are nestled within the residential town homes by Issaquah Highlands and there is plenty of street parking. I would recommend making an appointment as opposed to dropping in as they were extremely busy on the Sunday afternoon that I visited. Rushed and rude. The manager is rude and rushed through my manicure and pedicure. I had a simple manicure and she did not take any time to clean the cuticles properly as they do in any other places. Seeing that she was so quick I asked of she cleaned my cuticles in my first hand and that I do not remember she did it. She said that " you do not need to remember, i did it". Then, she proceeded to do my second hand which was just as fast and superficial with no proper cleaning. . Never asked what shape I wanted. After she did my pedicure she called a man to give me the foot massage and he applied zero pressure. I had tiny women give me a firmer foot massage with a pedicure. I asked him a couple times to press firmer and he gave a blanc stare and simply ignored me. It was not for the lack of English language. Rude, rushed and will not be coming back. read more

Walked in without an appointment, they were pretty busy and the man at the desk said no but the owner asked me to wait for 15 minutes. In 5-10 minutes I was with a technician getting my nails done. I was visiting and looking for a good nail salon in the highlands. After reading reviews and looking at photos, I decided to give this one a shot. I sent a message through yelp after hours asking about pricing and received a response the same night from Tina! She was super responsive as we discussed availability and I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. There was no wait time when I arrived. Kim did my nails while Van took care of my pedicure. I had dip on my nails that needed to be removed and callus remover was also part of the included service for a pedicure at this location. I was in and out in an hour and they did a great job!! The service was great, my nails look great, and the price was competitive for the area. This is definitely my go to salon when I am back in town again. read more

Tina and the whole staff here always do a great job! The salon is always very clean and plays nice relaxing music. They have a great selection of colors (regular, dip and shellac). Tina has done a few amazing designs (she can do pretty much anything!) and takes so much care to get it right every time. I recently moved out to Issaquah and have been trying to find a nail salon like the one I used to go to. This is probably the 3 or 4th salon I've tried and it's been by far the worst experience yet. I went a few months back, and all of my dip fell off within a week. But I thought, maybe it was me, I'll give them another try. I got my nails done on Friday of last week, I went in Monday morning to get 5/10 nails fixed because the dip had all chipped and cracked. Fast forward two days, and I've already had 3 break. Not only have I been disappointed in the quality, but the woman doing my nails did them so fast there was dip all over my hands. When I went back to fix them the first time, she put nail glue all around my nail bed and the tip of my nail (assuming to prevent them from lifting? Odd technique if you ask me) so I had crunchy nail glue all around my nails. I'm truly not one to complain but this experience was by far the worst nail experience I've ever had. With the price/time it takes to get your nails done these days, I'd like to spare you all the time/effort trying this salon! Sorry Polish Me. read more

I messaged Tina late at night on Yelp for a next day appointment. Tina got back to me very quickly and was very accommodating to my schedule! The salon was very easy to find, conveniently located by lots of apartments/town homes. Parking was super easy to find on the street. Upon entering, I noticed the salon was very quiet and had dimmer lights than your normal salon. It was really nice to sit down and take in the relaxing atmosphere - and it truly felt like a spa experience. I didn't catch the name of the nail tech who did my nails, but she did such a wonderful job. I came in wanting hand painted Halloween inspired nails, but wasn't set on any design yet. It was my first time getting designs and I had about 15 pictures of nail inspo. My nail tech was so patient when I was being indecisive. At no point did I feel rushed. Overall, the service was.... okay. I went with my mom and it seemed they were extremely understaffed because there were three women running back and forth with about seven people in the shop. It was fine, but the ambience left a lot to be desired. There was no music so it was dead silent in there which was a little awkward. They were very nice but it took a long time to get our pedicures done because they kept stopping to go work on someone else. They did a really great job on my nails but I felt uncomfortable the second I walked in there. No one greeted us, they just had us sit there for five minutes and then directed us to a chair. While I was in the chair I kept getting warm (I had surgery recently and some of the medication I was on made me hot) and they asked me multiple times if I was hot, and then would chat in a language I couldn't understand. It didn't feel like they were asking me if I was hot because they were trying to be helpful it felt very judgmental. I will not be going back. read more
