A mortifying experience. No ambience in this little room at the back of a storage office, no water no wine no magazines no music no retail products, and not very good communication skills obviously -certainly not a an uplifting experience ! I now struggle with my hair every single day now. I had 24 inches of hair and I have 3 inches long at the crown right now. The shortest layer should have rested on my shoulders ! It will take 10 years to grow this back. I'm looking at wigs at this point. Krystin did not listen to me she didn't pay attention to the pictures she didn't know how to cut curly hair or color properly - she simply did not have the skills; I wish she would've just said that my request was beyond her skill level. This was a horrible experience with a very unskilled hairdresser that had no customer service awareness , didn't even apologize when I complained to the owner, she acted like she did everything I asked her to -HA hell no- and that she was proud of her work. I was polite when I left so she probably assumed I was OK with what she had done but as soon as I got to my car I cried my eyes out . She didn't even offer me a refund or apology. Had she done so I would not have posted the pictures and the review but sorry Krystin - People should know! I have to live with this atrocity. I have gone to two more stylist to get it blended $$$$$$ and try to correct the color and I've also had to pay the big ticket for Brazilian blowout just to try to make it more manageable. You should be ashamed of yourself for not apologizing and owning up to this. I can't recommend this salon at all because the owner did not necessarily stick up for the customer. She listened but ultimately said that she's a booth renter and she can't do anything about it ! I don't know how Krystin sleeps at night. I have to take some responsibility for not following my intuition within the first 10 minutes and getting up from her chair and just leaving. WORST EVER ***Update: Elisha, you were a good listener. However your understanding of what I had said isn't accurate. No, I had not flat ironed at all b4 my appointment. It was just natural to show where my curl is. That picture was just to show my length, not that day tho. And, no the former co worker didn't cut my hair too short, at all. It was only smoothed. She over did it tho, and it took a long time to grow out. It needed to be cut for sure! Sorry for confusion. No, you are right i didn't want to speak with her, the apology would have been thru you as the mediator. You handled it on my behalf, but she didn't respond professionally. I'm sure you are proud of your space, I apologize as I never saw it all -I think you have another unit! ? that is a nail salon? It looks cute from pictures, but that is not where my services took place. I assure you I am forthright and honest with my account and photos of this unfortunate scenario. The salon itself is clean. I like the funky atmosphere. The stylists have always been friendly and do a nice job. The ability to book online is convenient. And the location is easy to get to. The only constructive piece I have is the cost of my particular service. Because my first visit seemed so quick, I've looked at my watch each time since and have been in and out of the building in under 8 minutes each time. For $20 + tip, I would expect more... perhaps a wash? When I have gotten this service done in Park City at Salon 80, I would always get a wash and a trim (in under 15 minutes) for $15 + tip. That seems more in-line with my expectations but maybe I'm just cheap.

Aside from the absolute garbage paint job, the leg massages feel like someone sanding your leg up and down non-stop- there's no actual massage technique. if it weren't for the massage chair i wouldn't consider it "massage included". I am now on my way to buy my own nail polish after spending $50 on an absolute TRASH pedicure. 0/10 won't go back. I wish I could put pictures in this review.

The tech did a good job on my toe nails but my heels are still rough. That's one growing edge. Another is I saw the customer next to me get a divine foot massage. Not to be negative, I didn't get that service. The dip powder looks fantastic -- the tech did really well. Surprisingly she gave me a brief hand massage, which was super nice.
