Partway through the service, I was informed there would be an additional $15 charge to have my nails and toes done at the same time, which was not clearly communicated in advance. When the service was complete, I noticed my previous nail color was still very visible beneath the new polish. The new polish was streaky and uneven. The final total was also higher than the original quote I was given. When I asked about the difference, I was told $15 could be deducted if I left a 5-star Google review and was shown a QR code to do so. I had my nails redone elsewhere the very next day. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future clients.

I asked for a pedicure with gel for myself and a kids pedicure plus gel. Our total should have been $80, $30 for her and $50 for mine. As listed on their site, kids pedicures are $10. $20 for gel. Our total was $95 and he argued that a childrens pedicure is a polish change. Pedicure and polish change are vastly different. No where on their site does it explain or state what their version of a pedicure is. Furthermore, after she opened her sterilized tools, they fell on the floor and she looked at me to see if I noticed, and continued to used the tools that fell on the dirty floor.

I felt my left side didn't get as much attention as my right side. There was a tub there but not for use at all for couples massage. At Grand America there isn't a tub but you and your guest get to shower under 16 shower heads for a few minutes before doing the massage. The Remede spa has a lot more light snacks (nuts, fruit bars, chocolate bites) water, and other niceties than at Grand America. Spa attendants were wonderful but if you're going to drop some serious cash for luxury spa massage, I'd go to Grand America instead and while still expensive, not as expensive as Remede for the massage experience. Remede offers 50, and 80 minutes. Grand America offers 50, 80 and 2 hours for couples massage. Something to consider if you're considering couples massage.
