They do such a great job with manicures and pedicures. I tried another salon with my daughter once and probably will never venture away from Polished again. After the other salon my nails cracked and split. I have never had that problem with Polished - my nails are generally pretty strong and manicures at Polished look so good and last for quite a while. read more

I was a walk-in client not more than two or three days ago. I said that I had dip powder on that needed to be removed but also requested a gel manicure. The front desk girl showed hesitation when I said I had dip powder on, but had no problem booking me in a few minutes after I arrived. My manicurist sat me down and made a comment when I told her I had dip powder on as to the effect that she should still have enough time for my appointment. That was unsettling because I thought, well, so she already seems rushed maybe? Benefit of the doubt I told myself. Surely she would take the time to do a good job regardless if she felt rushed. No. She didn't. That was the fastest manicure I have EVER had in my entire life. Not only was all of the dip powder not removed from my nail, she managed to create a sharp triangle shape as opposed to an almond shape. On top of that, usually gel manicures is a series of curing, re applying, etc etc. My nails were under the black light twice was all. I think she only put on two, maybe three layers of the color and gel. Let's get back to the previous dip powder. So I had a deep red color on. You can see some of that color under the color I have on now, which is called lilac, a light purple. Truly poor form. The shape. I WISH I took a photo prior to me going home and reshaping them to the best of my ability. But if you imagine what a triangle looks like, that was the tips of my nails. They were SHARP. I couldn't close my hand without getting poked and I thought to myself "I'm going to pierce someone." If she was concerned about time, she should've said no, she can't book me. I would've rather been sent away than gotten the worst manicure I have ever had. I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like I was her experiment to see how quick she could get done. She didn't fill my nails all the way down, they look overgrown still. I don't understand how someone can mess up a fill. I paid $30 basically for her to change my nail polish. She was very nice, but I still don't understand why she did not fill my nails correctly. read more

This is my regular place for my nails and the ladies are great! They are super quick and friendly, and the particular gel polish they use is supposed to last longer. Mine usually lasts 2.5 weeks. A regular gel mani is $30- I'd say that's worth it. There are rewards cards, but you have to see the same technician every time, so be careful when you're scheduling to request the tech you want. read more

I went with my sisters to get pedis and manis. We went in the afternoon and one of my sisters didn't even get a scrub with her pedi. She was very disappointed because she asked the lady when she scheduled it on the phone if they would do that service. They replied with a heartfelt yes and they did not, saying they didn't have enough time. Very disappointing!!! read more

I have never been treated as poorly as I have been treated as when I have been in Pomishes nail salons. They talk about other patrons while working on current patrons, "guess who's fat feet are coming in today?..." and then they say the patrons's name. Megan at downtown store is the lousiest excuse for a customer service representive for anyone and she is a manager!!! She was rude, bossy and flippant, argumentative when I let her know the service I had gotten was very poor and incomplete. She argued with me and hung up the phone on me. Her behavior was worse when I went I for her version of atonement. I left in tears and many patrons in the store were astonished!! This was only compounded by the store owner when trying to correct the service. I went in and was barely greeted or attended to. It was clear that they felt, "oh the complainer is here for a redo." I have heard many bad things about the employees and management in the same vein about Polished- Fargo has many options and can choose which businesses to patronize. That was the last $50.00 they ever see of mine - AND I was overcharged!!!! read more

After having a mani/pedi here recently I would not return. The salon was clean and didn't have the chemical smell like most but the service was lukewarm at best. The pedicure chipped within a couple days and the manicure was bubbling and peeling in less than 24 hours. Whether it was the polish or the nail tech who cut corners by not brushing the tips of my nails I'm not sure, but the $55 I spent was a waste. The rest of the mani peeled off in just a few days. Next time I'll spend a few more dollars at a reputable salon to get the full spa treatment with a scrub and paraffin and polish that will stay put. read more

Pros: Extremely quick mani/pedi. Super sweet technician. The massage chairs are nice. Cons: Pedi chipped in less than a week. Absolutely no frills or pampering to any of the services. My friend's shellac pedi was extremely awkward - under the mani table with her feet on the technician's lap. read more

This was by far the worst service I have received anywhere when getting my nails done. Sad to say I will never return and I warn others before using this salon. First, as the Maid of Honor I called for the Bride's mother the day before to see if we could add her in for just a quick polish. They were rude to me on the phone and said they could not accommodate this. When I showed up before the bride about 5 minutes late due to all of the hustle and bustle of preparing for the big wedding day, I was greeted by about 5 ladies all having a frown on their face. They never even said hello to me before barking at me to give them my name. Once they checked my name off in the book they asked me to pick a color. I told them I wanted to wait for the bride (who showed up 10 minutes past our appointment due to her being stuck with relatives in town). I finally sat down in the chair after telling them more than a handful of times I wanted to wait for the bride so I knew what color to get. When the bride arrived they told her right when she walked in the door to get her color. Never a hello, never a what is your name... The bride sat down and we got our pedicures by two techs that never smiled or conversed with us AT ALL. I was embarrassed that they would treat a bride that way let alone any client. They all seemed like they hated their job, not to mention they had more than enough time to do her moms nails (we got pedicure AND manicure in LESS than an hour). Our nails turned out good and we were pleased with them, but it was by far the worst service I have ever received. I am embarrassed for the Bride that she was treated this way and for the establishment if that is how they treat all of their clients. read more

Would not come here to get your nails done , never had so many issues with shape and color chipping ... the tech gave me a redo and the lady who redid them didn't even give me a new set just tried to fixed the already messed up shape. Asked for coffin and got pointy nails just all around was super unpleased read more
