Also be sure to check out the reviews that have been muted by Yelp. Needless to say, the response from the business isn't great. They don't take accountability; there is no apology; there is no effort to make it right. Instead, they tried to say it happened a while ago (it happened about a year ago) and that I lied. I did not. As I mentioned in my first review, I received a PARTIAL refund. I am still out of pocket $1,200 for services I was unable to use. I would have been happy to move that money to facials or something else, but they refused and only offered the laser treatment. There are a lot of med spas out there. My recommendation is to check out another place. read more

As someone who deeply values wellness and spiritual alignment, I was truly looking forward to my appointment at this med spa. I had scheduled a promotional facial on Thursday for a time slot that was clearly shown as available Sunday at 11:15 AM. I wouldn't have booked it otherwise. I was genuinely excited to treat myself and prioritize self-care for the day. However, I received a cancellation text early Sunday morning, just hours before the appointment. To add to the confusion, I was contacted by multiple different phone numbers, text messages from two separate numbers and a call from yet another, leaving me unclear on who was actually reaching out. This lack of clarity and last-minute cancellation felt not only unprofessional but energetically misaligned with the trust I place in wellness spaces. Even though I was offered a later time, I had already planned a full day centered around healing and self-care. After the cancellation, I immediately re-centered and scheduled a two-hour massage elsewhere to honor my wellness ritual. While I had high hopes for this facial and was excited to support the spa, this experience left me feeling disappointed. Unfortunately, I won't be returning for future services. In the wellness industry especially one rooted in healing, energy, and care, clear communication and respect for time are essential. I send love and light, but I cannot recommend this spa based on my experience. I did a payment plan to use one there service but I havent used. I have told them that i'm going through financial situation because I'm going to a medical leave. I have contact the office by phone. And I get a response that the manager may call me back. But then I get a text from the ONWER that they're not able to refund me or help. Celine spa just want the money and they want you to just get a store credit and keep making the payments when Celine spa knows you cannot afford it right now. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks now. All I get is a voicemail and no one returns my calls. I went by the spa several times and no one is there! I would not recommend buying a package from them as you will not be able to book with a person, and nobody returns messages. Some guy was pretty arrogant too, I think he works there. I don't think it is the manager though because I have not been able to speak with anyone there that knows anything. Ai is not what seal beach is about. Really unhappy with the service and result of a recent facial. First my appointment was cancelled day of and I was told someone would reach out to reschedule but they did not, I had to do so myself. Then day of the rescheduled appointment I receive a text saying to arrive 5-10 minutes early for parking. I did my best to do so but was coming from work and ended up being about 4 (no more than 5) minutes late to my appointment. The receptionist/gm immediately started hurrying me and told the esthetician "she barely made it" multiple times as I was getting my paperwork filled out. The esthetician seemed annoyed and rushed through my entire experience which was supposed to be a jawline skin lifting but was pretty much just a regular facial. It was the opposite of relaxing. She left me under the red light for almost 15 minutes which seemed long considering it was only a 45 minute session. The worst part and the reason I even bothered to leave a review - during some part of the treatment my skin was burned and now I have a red, swollen, painful welt on my face. Had a phone interview with them, they were super desperate wanting me to start right away until they asked me to facetime to see what i looked like saying "since we're already going to have you start training, lets facetime so we can meet face to face" once she saw me her whole demeanor changed and said i wouldnt be a great fit because of my tattoos because of their "high end snobby clients" as she said. Very unprofessional of her calling their clients snobby, but these people are very racist and the discrimination is insane. I would never support or want to work for a business like that. I've never had a job blatantly turn me down because of discriminatory reasons, and it has been bothering me for months. Save your time and energy, they would do multiple Confirmation regarding your appointment only to reschedule it last minute. At first, I thought that they only do it for a promotional. That's why they lack off compassion to people who book their service on a promotional price, however as I have thoroughly reading the reviews, they do it quite often even to people who booked their service on a full price. I booked it on a promotional price just to see if I would like the service and potentially purchase their service in the future after. This morning around 8:30 AM someone called me to confirm my 11:30 AM appointment And I said yes while also mentioning them about my skin condition of having an eczema flareup at the moment. She confirmed that she'll give me a call back after speaking to the aesthetician, but then just received a text message saying I can still go and the aesthetician will thoroughly check if I'm able to do so which is fine with me. Approximately about 15 or 14 minutes later, I received a message saying they have to reschedule me at 10 AM that is fine with me however, I gave them a heads up that I might be late given. They've only notify me an hour before the set rescheduled timeframe. but with them, they'll only give you a 15 minutes grace period. It doesn't sound right so this is just my honest opinion, if you feel like you want to try it go give it a try. I personally haven't tried their service but how they handled the situation is for me a reflection of what they do. read more
