You will have to call your new pharmacy and get it refilled when trying to explain to them that the scripts that I needed to get refill cannot be filled at the new pharmacy that I'm at now and we'll hang up in your face. New doctor = new prescriptions. They were sent electronically to the Walmart, where we go and find…read moreout that our insurance (thanks a lot Florida Blue s/) would only authorize them to be filled at a Walgreens. So they transfer the scripts to the closest Walgreens, this one. We arrive and jump through the hoops and are told that Florida Blue has to approve the four scripts first and it could take up to 3 days. Okay, give us a call when ready. The next day we start receiving text messages and e-mails that the scripts are ready for pickup. Cool, let's go Sunday (two days later) when we are in town. We arrive and one of the four scripts is not filled and we are told it was coming from their warehouse and it would be another two days. The pharmacist must have seen our sad faces and that we were not making a commotion about it, told us to stand by while he went to provide us with a few tabs to get the wife through a couple days. We thanked him and a short time later he returned with the four scripts. He actually had filled the entire fourth script for us! What a great guy and I wish I recalled his name, as I would give him the props he so much deserves in this review. They get 4 stars (good) due to the hiccup of notifying us that four scripts were ready when actually only three were. However, if we receive the same overall quality service the next time we have to pick up scripts without any hiccups this review will easily be elevated to 5 stars. Time will tell...

I have used Walgreens for decades for all my prescription needs before and since retiring to…read moreFlorida. This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever used. There is never enough staff on duty. The pharmacy is always understaffed and the online system does not work correctly 95% of the time. Whenever the pharmacist sends prescriptions to the central pharmacy in Orlando, I never get my refills for at least 2-3 days and at times, like right now, it is going to be 5-6 days. Some of the people who work at the pharmacy window are downright rude and it is not unusual to have to sit in the drive through line for up to 15 minutes when there are only 2 cars ahead of you. When I called to ask about a prescription, the pharmacist (I presume) kept trying to talk over me when I tried to explain to him when I put in the request, the MD refilled it, and the fact that I knew why and how it went to Orlando for refill. When he finally said he could give me a partial fill, I check the website only to find "temporarily closed"! As I said, the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. Computer system goes down frequently or no staff to work, so the pharmacy has to close. Don't use this pharmacy, if possible. I may change soon.

My experience at this CVS varies a lot. The staff is so extreme with it being either SUPER friendly…read morestaff or very unfriendly staff. I appreciate that I get tons of coupons almost every time I make a purchase at CVS. However it is sad that CVS is so wasteful with paper at the same time. The pharmacy is overall typically on top of things. I personally would suggest going in on a weekday when they are less busy. There are two pharmacist in particular I recognize when I go in that are extremely friendly. CVS has a lot of overpriced items that I would personally rather just buy on AMAZON. However after major holidays a lot of their seasonal products go on sale, and are sold at an excellent price. I have gotten tons of cute items from this CVS such as a musical Mickey's 90th Birthday celebration Christmas decoration, Charlie Brown Christmas tree, etc. The location is great because Publix is only a few feet away. Sometimes I like to grab my groceries first then make a quick run into CVS.
