I also suggest taking items that are in season because you will make more money. They sometimes have brand new items for a great price. The only thing that I don't not like is how they put your items back into your basket. They require you to bring your clothing in nicely (Makes logical sense) but sometimes they throw it back into your basket like it just came out of the dryer. Their current staff is friendly.
