We'd had a diesel fuel leak shut down our Sprinter/Camper van and when we got the vehicle back three days later the diesel hadn't been cleaned out of the engine compartment. The fumes were horrible. We'd only gone a few miles and then had a tail-light fault illuminate (later corrected itself once engine compartment was cleaned up). The following day we had check engine light illuminate for a NOx sensor fault. A couple days after that we lost our power train belt and had that replace in Prescott Arizona - another tow ride! Given the fact that they knew we were on a long road trip and desperately needed good attention to our mechanical failure, one would think they would have made sure to check EVERYTHING out to be sure that the remainder of our trip went well. So not only does it appear that they did a poor job (leaving excessive diesel in engine compartment has negative effects on rubber components and is a fire hazard/health hazard), but it appears the job they did ended up causing collateral damage. When Jonathan was shown the excess diesel in engine compartment he should have been embarrassed and should have asked us to leave it with them to clean it up. That didn't even come close to happening. He didn't want anything to do with it - he watched me ladle some off a depression in the frame while he watched. He was reluctant to get his hand in there to mop it up with a shop rag even though his arm is longer than mine. Dissappointing to say the least.

I don't want to sound sexist or racist, but if you are a minority woman a "stealership" will have a target on you the second arrive on the lot. It's pathetic and disgusting, If I could have gone with her to shop for a car, I would. She's incredibly independent and I admire her for even doing this monumental task on her own. In March, 2016, my daughter purchased a red 2013 Hyundai Accent and the first night she brought it home the battery DIED. I told her that even with a used car, the battery shouldn't need to be replaced and you haven't had it 24 hours. After this happened we discovered a lot of issues with the dealership and car. Let's start with what I didn't like about this deal: She only had one car key The battery died the first NIGHT she brought it home The back tire wobbled The front bumper was coming unattached on the passenger side Numerous conversations with the sales person AND a manager we got them to "fix" the bumper, get a remote lock and key, and do an alignment. A few months later the "repaired" bumper came unattached AGAIN. Fast forward nine months, January, 2017, she decides to return the car to Tejas Motors. She called them and told them to pick up the car. It took them 3 almost 4 weeks to come pick up the car. When the manager came to obtain the keys he asked me what was the reason for her returning the car. I gave him the list of reasons and gave him both keys to the car. He walked towards the car but stopped and "inspected" at the bumper. The next day, my daughter's insurance company called to inform her that Tejas Motors filed a claim against her insurance for the bumper!! The audacity of it's as bare-faced, make-money-any-way-you-can business as is possible this side of organized crime.

If I could give them a zero I would, Drove 6 hours to trade my truck in for a 2021 ford explorer,…read morethey were so good and nice to get me in the vehicle but Driving back home and needing to clean my windshield the nozzles don't spray, I got the bumper to bumper warranty on it but was told those don't get covered but yet it's part of the car not something you should have to replace every year or few months down the road. 2 months after the purchase I come back to Lubbock for family stuff and I get stranded in the middle of the Intersection because my car completely shuts off, try to get a hold of them service department was closed, after getting help from some kind people of Lubbock and figure out how to get my car out of the middle of the road, did I mention it was during a busy part of the evening and I had 2 kids in car with me, figured out that my battery was bad, I go to the near by o Reilly's and purchase one, that following Monday I go by the dealership to try and get reimbursed and was told they won't do it because when they tested it it was good. clearly it wasn't and everything else wasn't actually tested either or my washer nozzles would be working. They are so kind to get you in a vehicle but not to help you out when has problems after telling you that whatever you need we are here to help. But yet tell me about a towing company that I could of used and blah blah blah that would of put me out of pocket more. I'll make sure to never use them again.
