They had cancelled it because they said I did not confirm within 48 hours of the appointment. When I pointed out that I had responded on Thursday, they said they were closed on Fridays so that didn't count in the 48 hour timeframe. She told me one thing at my appointment and then aft r having 2 follow-ups cancelled at the last minute and meeting with another injector who was seeing her clients, I was told the filler she had used wasn't normally used for the area I had gotten treated and needed some adjustments to. So needless to say the area wasn't fixed/finished with the left over filler I had and then was sent to Raleigh to have to PAY to get anything corrected. I will say Shelby was great and so sweet and it wasn't by any means her fault for not knowing conversation Hallie and I had at original treatment and with her not responding to clients when they aren't happy with something, Shelby had no way of knowing my concern. I didnt appreciate being pushed off to Raleigh location to see what I was told " An experienced injector (Jessica. A) who could help correct my issue and help figure out what the reasoning was that my Botox did not smooth forehead lines this last time." My 1:00 PM appointment was quietly…read moremoved to 2:00 PM with no notice, and I found out on arrival that Karlee -- the provider I'd seen before -- would be away for two weeks. Without asking me first, they had assigned her assistant, a less experienced provider, to perform the procedure in her place, including on my eye area. While I waited, I noticed the owner in the office filming content for social media rather than stepping in to perform the treatment herself. No one called or texted to give me a heads up about any of this beforehand, despite this office usually communicating by text. I paid a $500 deposit and don't think it's acceptable to swap in a less experienced provider for a treatment near the eyes without getting the patient's consent first. I've since heard similar complaints from others about last-minute changes and poor communication here. Ask detailed questions about who's actually treating you, and get their consent process for provider changes, before booking.
