The mechanic I worked with at UN Auto Tech was Joe, and I have only great things to say about him and the shop. He was very pleasant, professional, honest and a good communicator. He assessed my problems, had the car fixed in a short amount of time, and the price he charged me was significantly less than what I had been quoted at the dealership. It was clear that Joe is very knowledgeable about Minis and enjoys working on them. My car now runs like a charm. I love knowing that I've found a mechanic nearby that can fix my car at a fair price. Said they fixed the car and should run brand new. The car literally stopped in the middle of the freeway after only a week.
