I recently had the water pump replaced on my vehicle at Luke's Auto Shop. Unfortunately, shortly…read moreafter the repair, I discovered that a coolant hose clamp associated with the water pump had been left improperly installed. This caused coolant to leak into the engine bay and could have led to much more serious engine damage if it hadn't been caught quickly. A mistake like this is concerning because the cooling system is a critical component, and something as basic as verifying that all hose clamps are properly secured should be part of every final inspection before a vehicle is returned to the customer. That said, I also believe it's important to recognize when a business makes a genuine effort to address a problem. Once the issue was brought to the shop's attention, the service manager handled the situation professionally. While the original workmanship issue should not have occurred, he did what he could to make the situation right by listening to my concerns, arranging for the vehicle to be checked over, and working to restore my confidence in the repair. No repair shop is immune to mistakes, but how those mistakes are handled matters. In this case, the initial repair fell short of the standard I expected, but the service manager's professionalism and willingness to stand behind the work improved what could have been a much worse experience. Overall, I hope the shop strengthens its quality-control procedures to ensure critical items like coolant hose connections are verified before vehicles leave the shop. If they do, I believe they can provide a much more consistently positive customer experience.

First of all, when you set up an appointment, you can request a loaner car, so that you don't need to wait there for the car, and I didn't have to miss work. I also saw a different rep ordering someone an Uber for a different customer because who didn't have appointment so there wasn't a loaner available. Secondly, I originally went in for a transmission flush. While I was at work, I got a text and email of the inspection they had done. The inspection was really easy to read, and gave me different levels of recommendations for other things that needed to be done. Some things were urgent, and some things were needed soon, but not urgent, and there were some things that were for maintenance only. On my lunch break, I called my service rep, and he was able to talk me through all of the things on the report, and explain things to me, because I am pretty illiterate when it comes to cars. I ended up also getting my drive belt replaced as well. But my rep made sure to let me know what the price would before I decided to go through with it. At the end of my work day, I drove my loaner car back to Luke's and picked my car up, and was on my way. Overall, the inspection report, and the loaner car I think is what really separates Luke's from the rest. When I've taken my car to get an oil change or the tires replaced at other places, i've always had to wait in the lobby and its a waste of time. I lost no time with Luke's and knew exactly what was happening to my car. Take your car to Luke's if you want incredible service.

We went to dealership for an estimate and it was very expensive, so he decided to shop around. He found Tony online and he said he could be over in 10 mins to look at my car. He ended up coming over and guaranteeing my husband that the car would look great once he was finished. He somehow convinced hubby to pay in cash and did not provide receipt. When Tony left, the car looked awful but he told him to wait a week or two, then to use rubbing compound and wax and that the car would look great afterward. The whole side panel, half of the trunk lid, and my branding emblems now had a flat, matte paint over them, while the rest of my car was shiny and sparkly. He also painted over my reverse sensors!! Also, He said that after polishing and waxing, if we weren't satisfied, to call him back and he would come back over and make it right. Hubby reluctantly trusted this man's word. Two weeks and $250 later, TONY WILL NOT RETURN OUR CALLS and we ended up paying a professional body shop to fix not only the original damage but also the extra damage that he did to my car from his careless whack job. Tony got my husband to trust him BUT HE IS A THEIF AND A LIAR! DO NOT hire him to work on your car!!

Despite the poor review, i decided to trust him when he addressed the poor review and explained the process. He came to our home and completed the work efficiently as explained. I watched him address the entire fender issue, inside and out. He professionally finished the work and matched the paint exactly. He explained that i needed to refrain from washing the truck for 24 hrs then it would be ok to wash and wax. I am happy with the work Tony has done. I followed his instruction and the truck looks great. The intergri ty of the truck has been restored and I am very happy with the results. It has been washed, waxed, and has endured a week of rain and absolutely no issues. Thank you Tony.
