The park could use a paint refresh to hide rust but probably hard to keep up with it being wet and humid indoors.

You can see a variety of animals like foxes, bears and elk. This small zoo has some picnic areas along with a cafe and gift shop. Best of all it is a free zoo. We've worked with her multiple times over the past year, and she is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. It's refreshing to see a familiar face in hospitality, especially when employee turnover can be so common. During our most recent stay, she noticed that our room rate had dropped since we originally booked and proactively rebooked us at the lower rate. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. The facility is starting to show its age in some areas and could benefit from a few updates and refreshes. That said, the outstanding staff more than make up for it. Everyone we've interacted with has been welcoming and helpful, and it's clear they work hard to provide a positive experience for guests. The breakfast buffet was also a great value for families, with pricing of $7.95 for children 12 and under and $14.95 for ages 13 and up, along with a good variety of options. Overall, Tundra Lodge remains a fun family destination in Green Bay, and the exceptional customer service--especially from Theresa--is a big reason we continue to return several times each year.
