It is not the largest pool in the area but with so many things to do the place never feels too crowded even on a holiday like July 4th. They have a small "cafe" with standard options and clearly state that no "carry ins" are allowed but we saw a number of people with their own food there and not once did I see anyone get hassled about. Be smart though and don't flaunt it. Prices are great, for all they have. Only $4.00 per adult and $3.00 per kid. This is so worth it and even though we have a couple of good pools in Fond du Lac, we find it well worth the 20-25 minute drive.

The lazy river is surprisingly large and a good place to take a few relaxing laps. They have a splash pad with a big structure to play on for the younger visitors. I came here with my girlfriend and her toddler. He loved that structure. It never felt too crowded even though there was a good number of people. Its a reasonable price to get in as well. It's $4 for adults, $3 for ages 3-17 and 60 and above. Free 2 and under. All those prices are decreased by a dollar if you come in after 5PM. They have a snack bar for reasonably priced drinks, snacks, and concession stand meals. Summer passes really are only worth it if you will go at least 15 times in the summer. It also is probably worth it if you have a family of 4 as they have a family package. Definitely, check this place out if you need a cool place to keep cool this Summer.

There is a nice miniature golf course, baseball fields, tennis courts and basketball courts (albeit they are the tightest baskets I've ever seen. If your ball even nicks the rim, it is not going through the net. Make your shots clean). There is a large building for roller skating and special events; and it's open for walking when it's too cold to walk outside. At times there are concessions available. This is a classy park. The city is currently building two more baseball fields. If you want to shoot some hoops, slap a tennis ball around, play in the water, and/or try your hand at golf, this is the place to be. Manitowoc is home to several nice parks. This is one of the best. Check it out.
