Went here 8/15/25 and it was average. Out of cold bottled water at the bar, out of ice cream just 3 bomb pops left. And someone got stuck on black anaconda. They took 5 mins to fix it. Good parts too! A lifeguard came down cowabunga with us, wave pool fun, and more!

The first page on the website of this waterpark said 2.5 million gallons of heated water was a boldface lie! The water was extremely cold! We took our newly 6 year old daughter there and she tried to remain in the water but just couldn't and it was on the day of her birthday! We expected for the water to be HEATED as advertised but was sadly and sorely disappointed, needless to say we will not be returning. Also, it seems that most of the park is made for older kids... this was a complete waste of money and time and my child was so sad and disappointed, and we were too. I see why this park wasn't at the top of the best water parks list, we should've gone to the other two that we visited and had a great time. Never again!

Water parks can be very expensive so we decided on a cost effective option. Groupon had passes for 34 bucks each. It was a scorching hot day unfortunately and this park is outdoors so we definitely got our vitamin D for the day. This park and it's rides could definitely use a modern day upgrade. Would some more thrill inducing rides. The rides are pretty basic. You get wet. You're waiting a long line and repeat. Nothing was memorable. We didn't do the lazy river. We did it. The wave pool the lazy river did not have big waves that day. We did enjoy it. Some of the rides were a family four can enjoy but all in all there was nothing memorable or thrilling but it did service perfect which was to cool off on an extremely hot day. Get there early for parking and to get on the right more easier. Do not come after noon !

Wisconsin Dells has a LOT of water parks to choose from. We chose this one. It was adequate. A lot of the slides were closed, but enough were open to keep the older kids happy.

Ask the Community - Noah's Ark Waterpark

    Do they allow dogs?

I believe only service dogs, however, they are only open during summer so it may be too hot for the four legged friends.

Does anyone know when they will allow riders under 130 lbs to ride Raja? We were really disappointed that we couldn't ride.

I think the reason they don't is because of safety and to prevent people from passing out on the stingray part at the end of the ride. Although I don't know for sure. Also I don't know when or if they will open it to riders under 130 lbs. I hope… Read more

Can you bring food from outside?

No but you can bring food in your car/vehicle, get a stamp for re entry, eat food from your car then go back into the park.

Do they allow wagons / strollers and kids water life vests or water wings?

Yes, they do. The wave pool has a height restriction now, anyone below 47" (I think) requires a life jacket.

Is there an inside water park or is it all outsode?

It's all outside unless you go to the 4d theater

I can honestly say that I didn't expect to have as much fun as I did. What a pleasant surprise it…read morewas! I didn't look up too much info beforehand because I didn't want to be spoiled. The website explained that it was a tablet directed quest game and would take about an hour. However, that's out of date. The time allotted for a single game was two hours. Be warned when setting the parking meter! Basically there are four "realms" that each offer quests. When you see a tablet, you can choose to interact with it and accept or deny a quest. You can accept the quest via your group's tablet by selecting the appropriate symbol. Then the wild goose chase begins. Clues send you all over the place to talk to characters and collect the virtual items. Up stairs, through secret passages, tunnels and more. Rarely did we encounter teams that were following the same quest at the same time we were so that was great. As crowded as it got in certain areas, we were all kind of doing our own thing. I believe there were around 16 quests that could be completed, all with varying levels of difficulty and length of time to complete. We made it through 4, and part way through another in our two hours. I was amazed by the level of detail that went into the planning and decoy of this game and all the rooms. It was more interactive than I had anticipated and also tiring! But what a fun afternoon. I'd love to go into more detail but I don't want to spoil anything. The price was fair for the experience and I highly recommend coming here. I am definitely planning another road trip back!

Not for the faint of heart…read more I have mixed feelings. We went around 11am on a rainy day during spring break. There was a line. It wasn't super long, but it was slow moving because they give each family their tablet and explain how things work. Waiting in a slow line is really hard for kids when they are super excited. I wish the people at the desk just sold tickets and that they had someone in the starting room explain the tablets to a group at a time to speed things up. Some people behind us in line bought tickets in advance online and were annoyed that they had to stand in the same ticket line as everyone else. Buying tickets online does not expedite things at all. There was no line when we left, so maybe late afternoon is a better arrival time. Overall, the design of the questing area is very cool. There is a lot to explore, and there are lots of fun details and secret passageways to explore. My kids are age 7 and 9 and really enjoyed it overall. As a parent, 2 hours was way too long for younger kids. It would have been perfect for teens and adults, but it is way too long for younger kids. We're pretty fit, and we were exhausted by the end because there is a lot of walking and going up and down the stairs. We were also carrying our kids coats and umbrellas as we didn't see the lockers until the end. Tip; Ditch any gear before questing. There are very few places to sit and take a break along the way. This would be a very poor choice attraction for anyone with mobility issues or anyone who can't handle a lot of walking. I wouldn't bring grandparents along on this adventure. We ended up taking a break in the snack area, and they paused our quest, so taking a break wouldn't count towards the 2 hours. I wish we didn't pause the quest because we ended up deciding we were done after 90 minutes of questing time, but 2 hours of being there, and our kids did not want to leave time on the clock. As a parent, this was a lot. My kids were SO excited to find things and explore, but I felt a bit stressed because there are lots of passageways and secret doors, and any time another family exposed some secret entrance, they immediately wanted to run through it. I had to be on high alert to avoid losing them to their impulses to go through any secret passages they stumbled upon. I read everything on their website, some online reviews, and watched videos about Wizard Quest, but I wish I had more info going into this about what to expect. We finished 3 quests. We would have to come back multiple times to complete everything. That would have been nice to know going into it to manage kid expectations. People in larger bodies might have a hard time navigating certain areas because some passages are quite narrow. There are 3 levels. We never made it to the fire area in the basement, and I feel like most of our time was in the earth area. Tip:choose quests that start in different realms to explore different areas. There was a lot of walking back and forth, going back to places we already explored. I wish there was an option to tap for a hint in the app instead of asking the staff. We went inside the tree so many times. When my kids had trouble finding what they needed to complete the task, we had to circle around, come down, and loop around to ask for a hint and then go back up again (and again and again). The staff is helpful, but having to go in circles to get a hint was frustrating for younger kids. They wanted to finish the task and move on to explore new areas. I also wish there was a back feature in the app. When little kids tap through quest details quickly, They miss important information. Both kids had a blast and said it was 4 stars and want to go back. I had fun, but I also feel like I would wait several years before considering a return trip.

Staff, especially in arcade by the go-karts, are pretty rude. Lady yelled at us because we misunderstood that the fun passes didn't get you unlimited credits, only other things. Another woman yelled at us in one of the candy cabins for being by the toppings, while we were getting froyo..? Disclaimer, I've never been here, so I had no idea where the water slides were, and I did not have a map. So i obviously asked the WATERPARK staff where the slides were, they looked at me like I was crazy and said "in the water parks.?" I felt embarrassed so I thanked them and left. Eventually found the slides but still, quite rude and unfair. Waterslides were very fun though! Loved going down them, especially the hurricane/funnel one. Not a lot of seating though, and very bad security or service. We had towels stolen and I even caught a family trying to steal me and my friends towels and phones while we were swimming, thankfully my stomach hurt so I caught them and nothing major was taken. Annoying and scary honestly.

For two of the three nights, the noise was excessive. During our last night, which much needed sleep, I contacted the front desk twice. The first time, I was told security would address the loud group on the patio. On my second call, I was advised to approach the guests myself to ask them to lower their volume, which I found quite shocking. When I requested the staff's name, she began to spell it out instead of simply stating it, and ultimately hung up on me. Given that we paid over $500/per night was too much for not getting much sleep. As well as the lack of support and rude service were very disappointing. I hope future guests take note of this issue and similar other reviews about the excessive noise level likely due to lack of soundproofing.

There are also basketball hoops in the pools you can play in and a nice kids area and a quick service food/bar/coffee shop. As I read through the reviews it's clear that people are leaving reviews for other locations / places they thought were the VUE. This hotel is perfectly located for adults, slightly off the beaten path with an amazing view! They have a restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel and partnering restaurants 10 minutes away. We checked in for two nights and honestly had a good time. There's a pool, sauna and hot tub that overlook the water which was perfect for watching it snow. Our rooms were nice, bed super comfortable. The only thing I would say is one of the rooms next to us had a loud shower and we heard it every time it started, but it would go away pretty quickly. Staying here gives you access to the other Natura properties, but we didn't want to get in the car and pay for parking at each location. There is a restaurant/bar on site, which we also didn't go to, you can get room service delivered until 10 pm, when the restaurant closes. The hotel is pretty average, bordering on motel, in terms of condition. There are some updates needed in the guest rooms, like better lighting, removing the asbestos popcorn ceiling, enlarging the bathroom so there is room to put a sink in the actual bathroom, and including a TV service that actually shows you what is on the channels (or with the ability to cast streaming services from your devices). The shower pressure needs to be greatly improved; the shower head should be adjustable, and the height seems to be built for someone who is 8' tall. The room's mini fridge icebox had layers of ice that had formed, and the microwave was kind of gross. I would personally like to see both replaced with newer models. We stayed in a room that had a balcony overlooking the river, which would have been nice if the balcony had been welcoming at all with comfortable chairs and not blowing hot air at you from the window AC unit. The pool/whirlpool/sauna room is odd. They must have photoshopped the images on the website, because it's not bright at all. It's very dark inside like a dimly lit lodge, which gave it a creepy vibe. I couldn't tell if the pool was heated, because overall it was pretty hot during our stay. The whirlpool was pretty nicely sized and seemed to be maintained well. There is only 1 elevator to accommodate 5 floors, so that wait can be long depending on the time of day. The wristlet with room key must be worn at all times while on the property and is uncomfortable and must be cut off for removal. If you lose it, they charge you $25 to replace it. The staff also repeatedly referred to anyone not wearing a wristlet as "trespassers," which was just creepy. Overall, there seemed to be so many rules on what to do/what not to do; it was overwhelming. But it was fine for a 2-night stay with a young kid who really was just happy to have a pool.

We stayed in a single king room and were pleasantly surprised with how much space we had, it didn't feel cramped even with all the toddler gear. Both the hotel and the waterpark were consistently clean throughout our stay. For a high traffic family resort this was impressive and much appreciated. The wave pool and dedicated toddler area were a huge hit. Our little dude had a blast and it was great to have a safe, age appropriate space for him to explore. The lodge is due for some updates, specifically the waterpark equipment - the water jet skis in the toddler area were all broken and material was visibly chipping. While my toddler didn't notice the cosmetic wear, as a parent it is a little worrisome. I'd say visiting in the winter was the perfect way to beat the cold, though it did limit us to indoor sections. We're definitely curious to return when it's warmer to see how the outdoor area fairs.
