I've been coming to Noah's Ark since I was a teenager, and I used to love it soo much. As an adult, I don't mind it too much. The parking is crazy if you come later than noon. We had to walk almost 10mins just to get to the door. Once inside, the lockers were easy to navigate and for $15 (small one) it wasn't overly bad. The wave pool wasn't too bad. The waves came crashing for 5mins probably and it was a lot of fun. The only thing that I didn't like was how hot the water became later in the afternoon. It just made it less enjoyable when it is 95 degrees outside. The lazy river seems shorter than I remembered. It was okay, but definitely not too deep because I found myself scraping up against the floor. They do have a lot of water slides, which is nice because there is a nice variety for everyone. They even have a little tadpole section for younger children that may not want to do waterslides but can still play with the water and a shorter slide. The food was outlandishly priced, but I guess that's too be expected (kind of). Paying $12 for a regular funnel cake, $8 for a pineapple soft serve, and almost $5 for a bottle water was kinda crazy. The tickets getting in are already expensive plus $15 for the locker and $25 for general parking that spending that much more on food is just a bit much. Lastly, you can tell the water park is a bit dated since they made limited updates since I've been here as a teen. read more

The first page on the website of this waterpark said 2.5 million gallons of heated water was a boldface lie! The water was extremely cold! We took our newly 6 year old daughter there and she tried to remain in the water but just couldn't and it was on the day of her birthday! We expected for the water to be HEATED as advertised but was sadly and sorely disappointed, needless to say we will not be returning. Also, it seems that most of the park is made for older kids... this was a complete waste of money and time and my child was so sad and disappointed, and we were too. I see why this park wasn't at the top of the best water parks list, we should've gone to the other two that we visited and had a great time. Never again! read more

Water parks can be very expensive so we decided on a cost effective option. Groupon had passes for 34 bucks each. It was a scorching hot day unfortunately and this park is outdoors so we definitely got our vitamin D for the day. This park and it's rides could definitely use a modern day upgrade. Would some more thrill inducing rides. The rides are pretty basic. You get wet. You're waiting a long line and repeat. Nothing was memorable. We didn't do the lazy river. We did it. The wave pool the lazy river did not have big waves that day. We did enjoy it. Some of the rides were a family four can enjoy but all in all there was nothing memorable or thrilling but it did service perfect which was to cool off on an extremely hot day. Absolutely awesome! I haven't gone there yet this year but we have platinum season passes and will be going up soon. The Rides are great and lines normally move fast, and on weekdays and colder days it is absolutely dead, Perfect for getting a lot of rides in. Unfortunately They are open until 8pm at the latest so you have to go early to get a full day in. Time warp is absolutely packed on hot days with wait times of 60 Minutes+ So make sure you account for that when planning your day out. Heated water is new this year but have heard it's a lie so will have to see when we get up there whether it's true or not. Would definitely recommend but only for 10 yrs+ because of weight and hight limits. read more

Went with my adult special needs daughter. We bought the online tickets with the deal for 2 tickets as well as parking. Park opened at 10am and we got in line at 9:45 on a hot Thursday. Very fast to get in using the tickets and parking passes on my phone (like movie tickets) with friendly, smiling staff. Got a locker right away using one of the kiosk's. The lifeguards stationed around the large wave pool (which we loved!) were organized and used whistles and hand signals with each other as well as standing up to let people know when the waves were starting. Water temperature was great. We did multiple rides at low to intermediate levels and they were a lot of fun. The staff were really, really nice on the rides and at the food areas. The bathrooms were unbelievably clean (LVT flooring?). Definitely recommend this one! read more

Was having a blast until my girlfriend and I got stuck on the Black Anaconda water slide. We were there for several minutes and my girlfriend nearly had a panic attack. She didn't want to go back on it, let alone go on the other rides. I went back on it because it didn't affect me as much, but she wasn't the same afterwards. Talked to guest services and the manager said it was "unfortunate we had to experience getting stuck and that it is unlikely, but it 'happens' " .... She was literally shaking from anxiety but I guess because it 'happens' , they couldn't even offer the courtesy of a refund since we didn't even get to experience the other rides we were planning to ride. Thanks Noah's Ark! Glad it happened to us and not some little kids, because they would've remembered that for life! read more

This is a fun Waterpark. There are about 5 or so slides that are considered 'intense' and great for adults. The mild ones are fun too for adults. The wave pool is a fun place to relax for a bit. PLEASE READ!!Good experience but a few big complaints: Cons: 1. We waited for the Black Thunder ride for an hour and a half only when we got to the top the employee told us in broken English that we didn't have the right double tube and that we needed to go back to the bottom. There was no way to tell distinguish if you needed a yellow double tube or a clear one. They very well could have put up a sign but nope. 2. The employees barely understand English which wouldn't be a problem unless there is a problem then they can't give any instructions. 3. Most of the rides are over hyped. They boast big lights and music but it's really a couple of LED's and strobe lights were non-existent. Pros: 1: The food was pricy but with the package deal it was worth it. Not everything is open yet. I've hear Fathers Day it all opens. Not sure why that is but it's super annoying for those who travel 8+ hours to go and a bunch of stuff isn't open for no reason. Makes areas people are in more crowded so if it's for more Covid nonsense it's not working. Fourth star is with the other stuff closed. We got tickets and meal deals. Was nice to not have to worry about extra for food. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was helpful and got our order mostly right. Souvenir cups were actually kind of a waist because the drinks/ice melted if you don't drink them right away because it 14 billion degrees & no shade for most under $189.00. What was open was fun. Lots of stairs which was hard for my handicapped kiddo so he only did one slide twice and then hung out in the wave pool because the lazy River was closed. Turn in the sprayers for the sidewalk earlier because my feet were BURNT to a crisp by the sun before you did. Everyone was bobbing and weaving trying to walk on wet footprints or the shade from the guardrails. It was like watching parents dodge Legos in the middle of the night. read more

A fun day outing for the whole family! We, 3 adults and 6 kids, stopped specifically in the Wisconsin Dells for this waterpark on our trip to Montana. There were plenty of water attractions to enjoy! Though I've never been to any other water theme park before, this was definitely a worth while visit. We all had a blast. Whether you want to go down the multiple slides/rides or just want to tan by the pools or kiddy areas, this place has something for everyone to enjoy. I would have given this place a 5 star rating if it weren't for the fact that the food is so expensive. I realize its a theme park and they always have expensive food, but it really feels excessive here. I bought food for myself and one of the children and we almost spend $40. It was for two burgers and two drinks, nothing special. read more

Got a Groupon to go visit Noah's Ark on a Monday in July. Nothing was overly busy, lines moved relatively quickly but not everything was open. More than once only one of two or three possible lanes were opened for some of the shorter ride slides. Those lines took twice as long as the thrill rides. Loved the water coaster. Was a blast getting blasted by the wave ride on the deck after riding it! Parking is super spendy & lockers are too. With the price of admission they could discount at least one of those two things. read more

I took my nieces and nephews to this water park and they loved it. There were so many different water slides and the kids had a blast. They layout of the park can be annoying and the slides entrances are spaced out so I recommend wearing water shoes or bringing them between rides. read more

I'm assuming due to staffing this park has a lot closed. Went on a Friday and half the slides were closed and all kiosk food/drinks closed. This place was really great years ago but so much has closed like the theater, mini golf, arcade, candy shop, etc. also $20 on top of the $50 to get in. Used to be able to bring in food and water which was nice. Food options are horrible and overpriced. There is a shelter area along the parking lot entrance that you can sit to eat a picnic lunch. read more

I had an incredibly positive experience here. The lines for the slides move fairly quickly and we were there from open to close with so many things to do. One down side is the cost of concessions, which I know is normal. I spent $30 on a pretzel, nachos, and 2 drinks. For reference, that's only a 5 dollars difference from what I payed for a day pass. Also, the ground is definitely not one you want to walk barefoot on. Overall though, i love it here. Definitely recommend. read more

Noah's Ark is a fun memory from my childhood, and it's good to see it continually kept up and modernized. It's America's biggest waterpark for a reason - they do it right. There are slides and attractions for every age and it's easy to navigate and clean. Some of the newer slides are really cool and a few of my old favorites are still around. This is a great waterpark. My family had a great time. The staff is friendly. The lines weren't too long and moved quickly.

Easy entrance but definitely recommend an Uber as it's cheaper than parking if you are staying close by. However, make sure that you book your cabana 24 hours ahead. I tried to do it the day of and the price was outrageous at the park vs online. They would rather let a cabana sit open versus honor the online rate. Be prepared to spend a lot of money on food and water. read more

I love this place. Multiple parties thrown there. Rides are great. My kids love this water park so much. Everything is so fun, from mini rides to ultimate slides. The Black Thunder is such a fun slide; its dark and curvy tunnel makes your stomach twirl. The toilet bowl slide is called the Time Warp, and my daughter aboslutely LOVES it. After Noah's Ark yesterday and Mt. Olympus today, I have to say I'm 100% a fan of Noah's Ark for so many reasons. It's been years since we have been to Noah's Ark, I forgot how much better it actually is. Experiencing them both back to back really pointed out the differences. Mt. Olympus has monopolized this town. It's taken over so many hotels and they are so run down and nasty. The park is dirty, the equipment: chairs, umbrellas, benches, life guard gear, etc.,--some is so bad it shouldn't even be used. Heights limits (even though they are the same for several rides), the signs are nailed at different heights lol. (That made for a little drama & made my short fuse explode for a quick minute.) I'm so impressed with Noah's Ark, everything from the life guards & their procedures (which were quite routine & clear after watching them all day), to how close rides are, how they are labeled & rules posted. The cleanliness of everything from the bathrooms to the lounge areas, top knotch. Not one complaint. You can physically see how much more they care about their park & their patrons. I can almost guarantee we will not be back for Mt. Olympus. Kids agree & 100% had so much more fun at Noah's Ark and had wished we could have done that 2 days in a row. Except the wave pool at Mt. Olympus does kick a**, we all agreed and had a blast in there. read more

I went here with my girlfriend since our hotel provided us with free passes. We had to pay $20 for parking which was a bit absurd. We parked and started to walk towards the entry and they had a sign up of about seven or so ride closures. This was a big inconvenience as we came from Indiana and planned our day out to come here. Moving forward, we proceeded towards the lockers and rented a small locker for another crazy price of $15. They sure got us for $35 in almost mandatory fees. I mean, mainly everyone has to park and store there things I would assume. So much for free passes. We got some food after that, which we got a Souvenir Cup Soda ($10.99), Hotdog ($4.99), and a Pretzel with Cheese ($4.29). These prices were average and I'm not going to complain. The Soda was good, the Hotdog was enjoyable, and the Pretzel wasn't too bad. The Cheese was sort of hard and dry, so it didn't pair well with the Pretzel. We got a Margarita from KAHUNA BAR. It was excellent and $13, which wasn't horrible. Refills on it were cheap and we had a Frozen Strawberry Daquiri later on in the day and it was also great! We went in the Wave Pool first on our attraction venture. The waves didn't look like much, but dang they sure hit you when you first step in. After that, we went on the Flying Gecko. The line was crazy and was dang near an hour I'm guessing. This slide is more of a family slide at a slow pace. This one wasn't for me and consumed a large chunk of my playing time. We went on Congo Bongo after that and the line was around 30 minutes I'd guess. This ride was pretty much the same idea. It's good for a family with small children in my opinion. It had a nice approach, but it just wasn't worth it for me. We walked through the park a bit and stumbled upon The Black Anaconda. This was more of a ride in which you're on a track. The line was around 30 minutes. It was definitely worth it for this one! The ride is pretty long and starts you off with a drop. There's moments where the water hits you pretty hard, which that was the only part I didn't like. We went on Cowabunga after that. This was a raft ride that is short and sweet. The drops are small, but it turned out to be okay. The line was nuts for the length of this ride. Quadzilla is next to Cowabunga. It's a slide racer where you use a mat to race other riders. I liked this one and the line was very short! Next up was Stingray! My girlfriend and I rode in a double tube that had a pillow-like backer on each end. This one didn't look too intimidating, but once you're up there it's game over! The ledge at the top gave me a butterflies feeling and then we were pushed down to our journey. I swear it felt like we were going to go off the slide on the first slope! This slide was packed with adrenaline for me and it gave me almost an out-of-body experience after getting up. This one is a ride for the books. We went and did three of the Toucan Twisters. The ones we did were two blue slides and an orange slide. These were in a family-friendly-type area and they were surprisingly smooth and enjoyable. They were a great way to end off our day. Overall, this park has the potential to be a perfect five star, but with parking and lockers being so high, it is a bummer. The biggest problem for me was the big list of attractions being closed. Maybe if those were open, then higher prices might be understandable. I'd like to come back and enjoy this park again. read more

The Wisconsin Dells is the Waterpark Capital of the World but which one do you go to? Well if you're only going for the day, IMO your best choice would be the largest waterpark in the Dells, Noah's Ark. Noah's Ark is about 70 acres worth of water slides, water rides, lazy rivers and splash pads so there really is something here for all ages. Now, before you hit the gate I highly recommend looking for tickets online. The Noah's Ark website will give you a good deal if you know the day you're going or Groupon is close in price if you just decide to up an go. Either way you'll be paying about $30/person for the day. Unfortunately you can't add parking at a discount (unless you add it to a season pass) so expect to pay $15 cash only when you get to the gate. Once you're in, they will check any bags for food, water or firearms. None of these are allowed in the park. If you need a locker they'll set you back $15, $20 or $25. These can be purchased via real person or kiosk. I had a bag with two beach towels and sunscreen so the $15 option was more than good for me. You don't need to stow your flip flops because every ride has a place to put them before you ride. As for the rides, the kiddo is not too adventurous so no Raja for us. She was a fan of Flash Flood, Flying Gecko & Congo Bongo in that order. Even though the weather wasn't great, the place was still pretty packed but lines move pretty quick. The adventure river was also a nice chill time. The Big Kahuna wave pool is also good. Every 10 minutes, be ready! There are also lifeguards everywhere. 10 at the wave pool and I think 10 along the lazy river (even at 3' depth) so it's a safe environment. Food is overpriced but what do you expect. A souvenir cup with 99¢ refills is your best bet but there are also water fountains scattered. Since we don't usually stay longer than a day, Noah's Ark is more than enough for the kiddo and I. There's a good variety of stuff to do and it's a safe place for water play. You can also find good deals with a bit of online research. Highly recommended! read more

We came to the Wisconsin Dells with free passes to Noah's Ark so of course we had to go here for a day. Too bad that the weather in the middle of July was only low 70s. Great... Our kids are 3 and 1 so I would say that if you have small kids you have better odds at just using your hotel's pool area instead of coming here. The kids area was closed down for the day because some kid pooped in the pool so that left us with a limited option for our kids to do. It also meant everyone else brought their kids into those areas, making it even more over-crowded and not worth it. You think they would have hurried the cleaning of that kiddie pool area, oh well we got in for free. The bad thing about going on a cool day though is that the water is not warmed at all. Not in the slightest. It is frigidly cold water. I think we did the Lazy River a few times and than tried out the wading pool. We honestly didn't venture too much into the water because our kids were shivering after only a few minutes and honestly I hate getting wet while cold, no thanks. With smaller kids, the slides were more terrifying than fun so we had to basically avoid all but the smallest of slides. Would have loved for that Kiddie Pool area to have been open. Thanks random stranger kid for pooping in it. So basically, we called it quits after about half a day. If we would have paid outright for the day, I would have been upset but we had gotten free passes so we were not too bummed out. On another note, the candy shop makes some delicious Caramel Dipped Apples. We bought two and that made our day at the Ark that much better. read more

Do not come here while COVID is a thing. They "require" masks to enter the park, but nobody is wearing them inside. There's nothing keeping people 6ft apart. At least they take temperatures at the entrance I guess? A bunch of the rides are closed, but one of the big pools is open, which doesn't seem right. It's also $20 for parking. Who do they think they are, Disneyland? The only exit is at the entrance, which is at the far end of the park. It's a mess. Even once this is all over, probably not coming back.
