The lady taking our order was super friendly and they give you a pager for when your order is ready so you don't have to deal with the awkward calling out people's names and hoping you hear them situation. Instead of receiving an apology or assistance in resolving the problem, I felt mocked and dismissed. I understand that restaurants get busy and mistakes happen, especially late at night. However, professionalism and respect should never be optional. Customers should be able to raise a concern without being laughed at or categorized as "just another person complaining." Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled by both the employees and management left a very negative impression.
