The lemon drop was bland, and the strawberry chipotle mojito barely tasted like it had any alcohol and was also lacking flavor. We were told the upstairs comedy club had recently been renovated. While it looked updated, I was surprised by how small the stage was. The seating also felt cramped, with four people expected to share a very small table. Compared to other comedy clubs we've visited in Charlotte, the layout just didn't feel well thought out. The highlight of the night was getting to see Flame Monroe, but overall the venue itself didn't leave a lasting impression. If you're curious, it's worth visiting once to experience it for yourself, but it's probably not a place we'll return to.
