At first, the cashier #9 asked the cashier #11the item not show in the system then the #11 (lady name start with S, i forgot her name) told me that the pants did not belong to the store because the tag was not showing in the system. She then suggested that I may have done something to the tag, asked me to show her where did i get it. I showed her and she said it no supposed to be in this rack and told me that she might need to check the store's camera footage. I said go head an check it, i was here yesterday at 1 pm. And she kept telling me "look, this tag is old and we do not carried Men Zara in this store". I told her that I did not know about the old tag and i didnt do anything, i bought alot of Zara for my husband in this store, and she kept telling again, we not carried Men Zara. I was very uncomfortable and upset by the way this was communicated to me. I had purchased the pants at this store just one day earlier, and I felt like I was being accused of doing something wrong. After looking at the item again, she eventually confirmed that the pants did match the tag. I understand that employees need to verify returns, but I believe there was a much more respectful and professional way to handle the situation. She returned the item for me but she DID NOT say SORRY or anything. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!

The employees greet you immediately as you walk in the store & several displays invite you to shop the latest looks. Clothes are neatly organized, arranged & the store itself is pretty large. Lighting is bright - which is a plus when determining the true color of the clothing. I was really happy when I called ahead today looking for a particular belt. The employee had someone pull it for me & it was waiting for me when I got there. Gotta love customer service! Old Navy always has sweet deals and I was able to pick up a few items at 50% off. I wasn't sure about one of the signs so I asked an associate and she was helpful with helping me understand which items the sale belonged to. The clothes were all nicely folded and there were many associates throughout the store on the floor that could assist people so I liked that alot. Oh and somehow I had $4 coupon I was able to redeem once I plugged in my number so that was great!

There are still plenty of stores, some dining options, and even an aquarium (?), but there was not much that appealed to us. We know malls get bought and sold all the time so maybe it's a function of ownership or just that shopping malls are not what they used to be. Over the years, they have really tried to make it more appealing. They have a nice play area with life size game pieces for chess, checkers and Jenga. They now have a hang out room.
