One of the big draws here is the Sea-Life Aquarium that is in one corner of the property. Other than Mall of America, we couldn't recall another facility that had an attraction like that. Considering the larger stand-alone type malls, Charlotte has a few ... notably South Park, the Charlotte Premium Outlet, Northlake, and this Concord Mills, among others. Concord Mills has to compete for customers (especially with the brick and mortar storefronts losing out so much to Amazon) and they do a pretty nice job ... once again the aquarium helps. They close relatively early ... we think 8 pm, but that is a sign of the times to keep everything safe. Food court was pretty nice also, and had a very nice carousel for the younger crowd. We'd return here for the stores, but probably not for the aquarium, since that is more of a once a year thing. I purchased a dress that I had to go down in size and jeans that I had to go up in size. Try on everything so you can make sure it fits. My fitting room experience was not great. The attendant was more concerned with conversing with her coworkers than checking me in. Self check out can be tricky if you are not paying attention. The lady ahead of me did not get a receipt and the attendant told her incorrect info about obtaining it. After I paid and my receipt did not come out, I asked for assistance. Turns out the paper was jammed in the machine. I have my receipt, but the lady in front of me was SOL. The manager told her if you need to bring something back to tell them what happened. I hope they don't give her a hard time about that! I do agree with other Yelpers to come here during the day or during the week to not be in a crowded store. Oh and they close at 8pm with the mall, not 9pm as the Yelp listing says.

The place is HUGE and they have several different departments from kids to home. I loved perusing the women's section. I was able to find some nice inexpensive jeans, tops and socks. I loved this store, it had things I like to wear and lots of basic pieces that you can add to an outfit. Very very affordable. I definitely understand why people who knew about this store were so excited for one to open in Charlotte. I recommend going on a weekday afternoon or evening to avoid all the chaos that is Concord Mills mall though. Otherwise, this store is pretty cool!!

Josh greeted me as soon as I came in the store & was very helpful & knowledgeable about the selections. He "hand-selected" a pair, talked to me about them, & laced the shoes up for me. Checkout was quick. Because I got a remote, corporate job, I needed to return these a few days later. Gavin was at the register & was very friendly & greeted me immediately when I came in. He had to call Josh to do the return. Once again, Josh was very nice & friendly & didn't make me feel bad for having to return the shoes. I highly recommend this location!

It is no secret that the South has a significant population of church goers, so the need for books, art, accessories and decor is there. This store is very deep and spacious. From first glance, it looks like a small mall store, but I assure you it is not. Keep going back. Explore. This is a place to explore. Unless, of course, you are not religious. Then honestly, there is not much value other than the novelty of being in a Bible Outlet Store. The prices are very competitive, even though there is not much competition in this market. Why go here: 1. Gift for religious friends 2. Extra bible because yours is worn out 3. Wall or shelf art 4. Cards 5. A connection with your faith. This is a good place.
