On October 13. 1939 Ralph Lifshitz was born in the Bronx to Russian-Jewish immigrants. He changed his name at 16, served in the Army, and started in the fashion business by selling ties. In 1967 he launched his Polo line of clothing. He has gone to build a fashion empire inspired by the American West, New England, and Hollywood glamour. In 1971 he launched his womenswear line and the first store opened in 1972. Since 2008 Ralph Lauren has been the official outfitter for team USA for the Olympics. I have always been liked the classic style and quality of Ralph Lauren clothing. I was shopping in the Dolphin Mall when I noticed this Polo Factory Outlet Store. They have a large selection of men's, women's. and children's clothing along with accessories but it can be pricey so I was hoping to score a deal. This store was clean, well stocked, and organized with interesting displays. Unfortunately I didn't find anything this visit but I would stop in again the next time I'm in the mall. read more

I made a purchase through the Ralph Lauren app with a promised delivery date of February 5. Today, February 9, I have not received the order, there is no delivery estimate, and when I requested a refund, the company simply placed the responsibility on the consumer to resolve an issue that is entirely the company's responsibility. I am currently without the products I purchased and already paid for, without any delivery timeframe, and without a reasonable or acceptable solution as a consumer. The company is failing to honor what was clearly communicated on its website and app at the time of purchase, which constitutes a failure in the provision of services. read more

I always have a pleasant experience because the employees are always helpful and their choices are plentiful. Biggest of all the Polo Factory Stores I've been to. Best time to come is at opening because of the cleanliness and choice of merchandise, especially if you wear a common size. Excellent customer service. I bought a pair of zip up dress boots for my daughter, black. I do think they need an extra pad inside but that's always true for boots. Also bought a black pant and tan pant. The daughter wore the black pant to an internship job and they looked beautiful on her. I also bought the belted fanny pack that fits nicely through the belt straps of their female pants, also in black. The daughter loves this fanny pack because it is compact and fits snuggly under her jacket. George was very nice and helped us receive a discount by showing us how to download the appropriate app to receive the discount. Another sales rep was also generously helping us with the shoe purchase and fanny pack. There was help all the way around the store from various employees. The customer service was excellent. This store is always correctly stocked and they usually have good sales. I find the checkout to always be slower than most places. Staff is friendly and they will help you out without any issues. Good selection from kids to adults. Found the Dolphin Mall location to be better than Sawgrass as far as check out time. If you like the brand then this is a good place to start. read more

Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store at Dolphin Mall in Miami is a good source for all things Polo. I was able to find a few new items that I have not seen before at a good value. I like the layout and atmosphere of the store. The staff here is very available when you need them. read more

I went to this location last weekend to exchange some shirts I received as a gift. I had never been to this location but inside it was very nice and well organized. There was plenty of staff on hand to help guide me to the sections I was looking for and find the products that I was looking for. Even though it was the Saturday before Father's Day my whole visit move very quickly from finding the products I wanted, visiting the fitting room, to checking out. Plus I found a really cool teddy bear hat that I've never seen before. I will definitely be back soon for some more gear specifically the teddy bear T-shirts which are only available in XXL at the time of my visit. Awesome! read more

It's not bad for what they offer. Not everything was my style but I found a nice chambray top totally worthy of my trip. It's got a lot of the tabletop displays dedicated to cotton tees. While they are noticeably nicer than your typical ones found elsewhere, they're also not what they're best known for. If you have enough patience to dwindle through the basic stuff, you'll find a nice piece hidden amongst the rubble if you keep an eye out. The prices and discounts they apply on a majority of their inventory make a clean and simply crisp outfit purchase a certain bargain. Since it is an outlet location, you can expect a grittier and less exclusive shopping experience but that's why it's a bargain. If you want dim lighting and pretty walls, go pay full price at Nordstrom. Otherwise, if you're already here at the mall then it's worth waking over and scoping it out. read more

This particular Polo Factory Outlet is super busy. I visit this store inside Dolphin Mall about once per year and it's always a madhouse. I've seen people buy cartloads of Polo merchandise at this store, presumably to sell off elsewhere. Nino R. made a great point in his review. The main purpose of the employees here is to fold clothes because there is such a high volume of customers coming through this store, that the employees are almost constantly folding and re-folding clothes. I've had mixed experiences with the staff here. A lot of them seem like high schoolers who couldn't care less. For example, last week, I wanted to go into one of the fitting rooms. Inside the fitting room area, two employees ignored me and were chatting quite a bit. A manager-looking type came out from the back, saw what was going on, looked at one of the employees and said, "[Insert associate name here], why don't you help this customer into one of the fitting rooms?" By his tone, I could tell he was not happy with them. In general, it feels like a bunch of kids are running the place. Combined with busy crowds, it feels chaotic in here. That said, some good deals can be had, especially on the classic Polo shirts. They had a Thanksgiving sale last week where everything in-store was 30% off. I received a postcard in the mail that gave me an additional 10% discount on top of that. I stopped in and grabbed a long sleeve shirt for only $15. read more

This Ralph Lauren store has to be the slowest RL store I've ever been to. The store and the clothing they have is perfect my problem is they had 5 associates standing around while people waited in line. The has only 2 cashier and a very long line to me that is very disappointing coming from a high in store such as Ralph Lauren. read more

The best time to shop here is in afternoon during the week. At that time, most of the clothes won't be in disarray and you'll be able to sift through items with ease. If you come here at night or during the weekend, then bring your shovel and flashlight, because you'll be digging and digging. I'm not sure that the purpose of the associate are here other than folding. You can't expect them to do much else. There are mountains of unfolded clothes on almost every table. It's a debacle. I would never work in a place like this, even if I received a 60% on items. Because even if you fold every article in your section, it will be in complete disarray within two hours. Went a little polo crazy. I just started to wear lots of polo and collar shirts so where better to buy a polo then Ralph Lauren? I came in during a sale where everything was up to 75% off grabbed about 10 shirts and ended up spending a little over $200.00. I definitely will come back here or Tommy Hilfiger for polos they have the best comfort and style. read more

I like to shop at this Ralf Lauren store. They always seem to have something on sale. Maybe it's the times I choose to go. Today there were a couple shirts for kids size 12-16 I picked up ranging from just under $5 to under $7. They looked just like the regular priced shirts, just in some way an older style on clearance maybe? Also picked up two pull over winter fair isle style sweaters for about $15 each. I spent about $57 and picked up about 7 tops. That's not bad at all. The daughters golf so, the general dress code which may or may not be enforced for golf is a collared pull over shirt and slacks or shorts that aren't made of jean material. There are clothes there that meet that criteria very well and while golf clothes for a shirt can be $60-$100, I spent around an average of $6 per top on sale. The slacks were not on sale at a steep enough price for me to pick up. There were some shorts there for about $22 on sale but I'm going to wait and see if they turn up on sale at a similar $5-$7 discounted price. The customer service is always very good. As usual a sales person handed me a bag to put the items I was buying in so I wouldn't have to carry an armful of clothes. A small cart would be nice but the bag is sufficient. The only thing I can think of that they might need other than carts is a price checking scanner so customers can check prices without going through the cashier line. That might save them some wait time at the cashier line. I don't mind the line at the cashier line because I know I'm getting some pretty good deals. read more
