I went for the first time to these calls to make an Amazon return. This call is located inside the international mall in Doral Florida. It's an ample location, with great service, and the wonderful prices that we are used to at Kohls. The people working at the Amazon station with very nice and fast. Even though the line was huge they did a great job making it as easy and fast as possible. You can park at the international mall parking lot which has been an ample space to do so. read more

Dear Kohls, Please bring back the old style of the Sonoma Everyday Tee. If I wanted a tee shirt that was too short and too tight I would go to the Junior Department. I have several Sonoma Everyday Tees from past years and I love the material and the cut and they were also a size medium. Now the Extra Large are cut too small. The shop is very clean and spacious. Everything is where it supposed to be you don't have to go through the normal nightmare of going through rocks or piles of clothes. Everything is perfectly organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you're into the Kohl's style I definitely recommend coming to this location. I personally came here to return an Amazon package as they have an Amazon drop off station inside Kohl's now and I got a 25% discount for dropping it off here instead of UPS. Yelp 100 Challenge 2017: 53/100 I've always seen Kohl's as one of those "fancy and good quality items" department stores. A bit expensive if you are not looking out for their special deals, discounts and/or coupons. Keep in mind that most of their items on the "expensive side" are great quality products. Needless to say that I always check out clearance or sale racks if I don't have a special and limited-time coupon or discount. Had the WORST first time experience in this store!!! First let me start by the only reason why I came to the store is because Amazon now has you returning some items to that store... So 2 out of my 3 items needed to be returned to the store... I wasn't too upset since the store was only about eight minutes away from the UPS store I was dropping another item off... I arrive to the store and there is no indication to where you can drop off your items... I had to walk up to the cash register the lady that was there didn't even greet me she just saw that I had a box in my hand and before I could even open my mouth she was directing me to go towards the back of the store just in front of the entrance of the mall... When I got in the line the other two people ahead of me seemed annoyed I'm sure that they got the same response and was probably a little annoyed... Just like I was... The guy manning the Amazon counter was really nice we got through everything quickly and when he gave me my receipt I notice There was a 25% off on the receipt... I walked around grabbed a few beauty items and went to the jewelry counter to buy a small earring... Waited about 8 minutes and someone finally arrived...I asked to see if they had a small earring and they did not... Their selection was not very big... I said thank you for your help and I proceeded over to pay for the items I had grabbed... When the guy started ringing everything up and I showed him the coupon he then tells me that the 25% off does not include the beauty items I had chosen... At this point I was a little annoyed on one hand - I was like wow good job Amazon bringing us to new stores I thought that that was a great tactic to bring in new customers on the other hand- I feel Like they should give that 25% off to all store items especially for people that are coming there for the first time Regardless the experience was not the best and the customer service needs a little work... I was trying to find a pair of decent jeans but based on my review I'm guessing you can tell I didn't find them nor anything remotely close. I used to find Kohl's to be a great retail store with plenty of hidden name brands all throughout the racks ready to impress. I guess times have changed. The shoe department isn't bad though because I got some mules that have been worn three times this week. It occupies the old Dillard's location so the same department store feel is still there. I wish the selection was better sourced but it got the job somewhat done as I got a pair of slacks instead. If you sign up for their email list, you'll get plenty of coupons for purchases which come in handy. It's an average location but can be functional for certain purchases. Meh, the first time I was ever in a Kohl's was when I came to this one a few years back. I was initially impressed by their selection, and I did make a few purchases here, though their prices are a bit higher than they should be on some items IMO, and you can find some of the same name brands or similar items at other stores, some within this same mall, for less. IMO, the clothing selection in the men's department here is limited, and the last few times I passed through I really found nothing I was interested in. The only items I would've considered were a few shirts I liked, but this Kohl's store only had them in XXL (way too large for me) or S (too small). I did buy a pair of shoes here, which were made by a brand called "Rock & Republic" that seems to be exclusive to Kohl's. They fell apart and were unwearable within 3 months...As in chunks out of the leather in the upper part of the shoe, the sole separating from the rest of the shoe in places, etc. and I only wore them maybe a dozen times. Went to buy some shirts due to an apparent deal, only to find out that they arrange the signs to confuse the customer. After noticing an issue, I said something to the cashier only to realize she doesn't speak English. My Spanish isn't great, I definitely struggled through the convo. After noticing the language barrier, the cashier brought over the manager. A sigh of relief came over me, then I realized the manager doesn't speak English either. I had to call over a friend who speaks Spanish to help translate. I'm disgusted by the business model, as well as the lack of accessibility to English speakers. read more

Lots of clothes here! The men's section was really good at having different styles, and the clearance section was absolutely huge, I wish I had more time to check things out. I'll definitely be back here more and more. The restrooms were upstairs to the left of the escalator and were very clean. Really good location. This kohls location is where the Dillards used to be in International Mall. This location is clean and the clothes arent all over the place like the Kendall location. Yesterday I was in this store, located at International Mall in Miami, FL, the idea was to purchase a Simply Calphalon 2-pc non stick Omelet Pan Set, sku # 94378862 that I saw online and was available in this store. I was in the second floor looking for the item without success, after that Iwas waiting for about 20 min looking for a sales person until a young gentleman appear, with a shopping car full of stuff to be merchandise. He was polite and willing to help me, he tried to find out if they have the product in Stock but he couldn't find it. I was ready to go when he told me "I know what you are looking for, but what is you need it" I told him I need a REALLY non stick pan, then he offered me a Calphalon pan featuring ceramic, but I had bad experience with one of them, so he recommended me a Círculon skillet, the price was $54.99, I said thanks but I'm not willing to pay that amount for a an 8" pan and he answered: "wait, this one have 50 % OFF, I think the whole line have 50% OFF" This was not the one I want it, but I can give it a try. Down stair in the register, during checkout (by the the way, this sales associate was very professional and polite, always empathic, capable to put himself in my shoes, asking for help and did apologizing for the inconvenience, kiddos to him) The price popped up as regular so I explained to him what happened and he called for assistance, because of the delay, he politely ask me to suspend my transaction to ring another customer while we were waiting for assistance, after 2 customers, a young lady came to me asking me how she could help me, I repeated the story, then she went up stair to verify what I said, after about 20 min she came down to say she didn't find it, so the cashier apologized one more time and call for a high authority. If I'm not mentioning any name is because I'm not in a witch hunt. The cashier continue ringing other customers and I ask to my 16 years old son to go upstairs and make a picture of the spot showing an approximate 6x6 sign, red background and a white 50% OFF. When the supervisor came to me and I explained again what happened, she explained to me, sometime the store availability online is outdated and, then she saidbshe want to go upstairs, again I said, listen here you have the picture and you have my story, I've been today in a surgical procedure on my knee, I'm tired and I'm in pain what I need is you decide to honor or not the price and she told me what she need is to go upstairs and to coach the associate, because as area manager he suppose to go far and beyond and this line of product is not 50% OFF. I never get mad at anybody, specially with people working in services, because what it goes around, it comes around, so I didn't say nothing, even when I found ridiculous you have a customer waiting for more than 30 minute, for a decision you should take in seconds. How can you, as high authority are going to coach somebody and let the customer waiting for and answer that is your responsibility? I think this is the moment to take care of the customer and later, you can clean the house. Getting a price-match is always difficult since the cashiers have to abide by certain rules but I've been able just state a price to manager rebecca in the mornings or afternoons, and she has been able to override all of the prices multiple times for me and a few buddies, no questions asked. We must have saved hundreds of dollars this month even without showing the JC Penney ad to her, which saves us so much time, especially this time of the year. read more

Terrible service!! Firstly there are no trolleys at this store and The first cashier "Juan" told me he could not hold the clothes for me while i shopped. So i had to go into the change room with 15 pieces of clothes. The 2nd cashier could not speak english and had to call on the manager to assist. The manager was unable to resolve my enquiry so i ended up cashing 5 pieces and leaving. Will not be returning to this Kohl's. read more

This Kohl's location opened up in the old Dillard's location this Kohl's is not like all the other ones I've been too because this one is two stories and the staff is friendly and there's lots and lots of beautiful selections of jewelry and clothes and the staff is friendly the store is really organized too. read more
