I have been going to this store for many years. I used to be much heavier and this is one of the few stores at the time that had my sizes. For a store with larger sizes I recommend it. However throughout the year they have been adding very high end merchandise to the store. A sweater can be $700+ sometimes. I bring issue to this because the location is at an outlet store. I expect to see last season merchandise or clothes not as expensive. I still go here since I'm grateful they were able to have my sizes when I was heavier. I just buy an accessory like a wallet now, maybe a shirt. Hopefully when I visit next time it will be better value for being located at a outlet mall. read more

Management is full of stereotyping and disrespect towards black men. Won't be going back after this. I am not the type to go there but when you see the demeanor change and a lack of care to assist knowing the manager could help was just crazy. I had an issue where I deleted the 25% off text off my phone and showed them I had an account and they made no effort to assist knowing full and well they could find a way to honor it considered I had the proof! The lady's name was Nicole I believe. The other tall hispanic upper Management was dismissive and didn't even acknowledge my presence! It's the culture they have of not greeting "certain" people in a customer service lane that disgusts me! A few of the younger kids tried to help in fact one of them was the reason I spoke to Management because he said they can find a way to honor the discount because he said they have seen them do it before! I'll definitely be doing what I can with a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to bring a deeper awareness. read more

This is a store that I have shopped in the past many times but as of today I will not be back. After waiting in a never ending line I got up to the register only to have a surly salesman inform me they I couldn't use a 25% off coupon that the lady in front of me just used as I didn't have it with me even though I was in their system and he found my email showing I had it. Someone had marked my account as not wanting to receive coupons and emails which I never did and even though he could have gone ahead and given me the discount and turned they option back on, he did not. I called and spoke to the manager and he was condescending and non helpful. read more

So incredibly messy- hope to find some nice shirts for my husband but am wishing I had just gone to the mall. It looks like a bargain basement here-- not a Raloh Lauren store. And of course, employees standing around yakking. Just left. They don't deserve my money. Felt like I was at a Goodwill clearance sale. No. I take that back. Goodwill's stores are nicer. I can only speak to my one and only visit here with a male friend, but I gotta say this place was not Anything like I was expecting! It was not the pretentious frat boy enclave I had envisioned it would be at all. We were greeted when walking in and asked if we needed help finding anything and when we did Mario was easy to find for assistance and went the extra mile to get my friend a sweater in his size from the back and even brought out two so he could have his pick. Then when my friend went to check out, there was only one cashier, but the minute there were two people in line, two other guys from the floor jumped on the registers and the wait time went to 0. Just superb customer service from start to finish! So, well done Polo Outlet Store, I am happy you were able to break my mental stereotype! read more

This store is huge and they have a large selection of different clothing. They have sale racks in the back that you can usually find some great deals on. The employees aren't particularly nice but the store is in great shape. You can find just about anything in a couple of glances. The layout is great and well-organized. read more

This place was a disaster! Of course we came when they were having a sale but still!! There were clothes EVERYWHERE out of place. No sizes of anything. Only two people working at the register. This place needs new management for sure. read more

This store is way over priced for the quality of pieces that they push here. The stuff is cheap I will give it that but important to note is that all of this stuff is made for these stores it is made to be lower quality and made quicker. I can see it in the way the shirts fit and feel. They feel far more course almost as if the Cotten has been overwashed and the shirts drap over me like a sheet. I walked in and walked out, I can't see spending so much for low quality stuff, but then again that is the point of these stores, people wasn't stuff branded for cheap... and here you are. read more

Stopped here on my way to San Antonio to grab a change of clothes. I was wearing a work shirt but going to a big party, so I figured, what the hey? We're already through the looking glass. Let's blow some money. Trotted in with nothing in mind, just hoping something would scream "buy me," and I wasn't disappointed. The sales guy that had greeted us on the way in the door came over as I was checking out a sweater I had deemed worthy of donning. They didn't have my size on the shelf, so he offered to check in the back. A little while later, he presented me with my choice of two in my size. I proceeded to grab a shirt and some socks ("One can never have too many socks."), and I went to check out. There was only one cashier when I got up there, but once a couple of us were in line, my sales person and one other hopped right up to check us out. Was in, out, changed, and on the road in no time. Why haven't I come here sooner? I have my outlet must visit stores: gap, Old Navy, etc. now this place is on the list! Lots of help from workers. Store was very kept and clean and prices were more reasonable than I expected. Will definitely return especially since I didn't have a chance to visit the children's section on the left. I was there recently and got some good buys in the men's department. However, know that you are NOT buying top RL clothes. These are, for the most part, garments made for the Outlet store. For example, the tee shirt was cut short and the shorts had a zipper that kept getting stuck. I don't think I'll go there anymore. In fact, I'm through with Outlet stores in general. Read online about the various ones and where their merchandise comes from. Most is specially made for "Outlet" and of a lower quality. Sigh.... read more

Can find good buys in the 75% off rack. Sign up for their email and get coupons too. It' a mess so you will have to dig. Not product made for an outlet store but the same product you find at Dillards, Macys, etc. Avoid the outlet in Round Rock this one is much better. Would give it 5 stars but it's a wreck they need to hire more employees to fold and hang clothes. read more

Loved the discounts this store offered during Christmas, bought several shirts for gifts. When my son told me two of the shirts didn't fit he tried to return and was told because no e mail was found no exchange could be made. Unfortunately, I could not find the receipt. I went back to the San Marcos outlet to try to exchange and was told by sales associate that it is their policy not to accept an exchange without a receipt or an e mail on file. Are you kidding me??? During the holiday seasons every store I have ever had to exchange a gift without a receipt honors the transaction with the exception of Ralph Lauren!!! I try to avoid leaving my e mail address because then I receive junk mail from the stores. I asked why they couldn't scan the tags for the cost of the shirts for an even exchange and she said because this would cause a glitch in their inventory count. Seriously??? The shirts still had tags on them! Saw several other customers in my same situation. Think I will have to reconsider shopping here especially during the holidays as no exchange will be honored. Do better Ralph Lauren because even on sale most of the items are not cheap so I seriously doubt that if a customer is asking for an exchange and not cash there should be no problem. Seriously doubt that the inventory count will disrupt the overall profit. read more

My husband purchases a considerable amount of his wardrobe here and the last time we had been there was Christmas season. One of the shirts purchased did not fit him, he never wore it but we were not able to get back there until April this year. I accidentally threw out the receipt but the sales associate got her manager, they looked up his purchase on the computer and issued a full refund without any questions. It was great customer service. For Ralph Lauren, the prices are pretty good especially if you go when they are having a sale and you sign up for their mailed coupons. read more
