My sister-in-law and I spent a couple of hours with Kim and Alan. What a blast we had! We were incredibly spoiled! Both of us got the Lush pedicure and the Lush manicure. Warm water, yummy dragon fruit scrub, and heated creams! It was heaven! My sister-in-law couldn't get over how professional everyone was. She loved that everyone was addressed as "Miss" with so much respect, and yet the atmosphere was light and fun. The shops is very nice and clean and the staff is doing a really good Job taking COVID precautions. Note, they do not require patrons to wear masks. Based on the reviews, I was expecting a really great pedicure and SNS nails. The pedicure was just okay and the polish job was not the best I've had. I was very particular about my SNS and went to several local nail businesses before I discovered the family owned Polush Nails in Ponte Vedra. I can't say enough about the salon and the staff. If you want an immaculate salon, Covid cautious, with exceptional customer service and excellent nail treatments go no further. My nails always look perfect when I leave and stay on til my next appointment. My almost DIL is a nurse and started coming w me, she is very happy with how beautiful her nails look and hold up. I'm a huge SNS dip fan and post lockdown, I was so excited to get my nails done. My first visit at polush was pleasant- it is clean and the technician was polite (she wore a mask and was very pandemic conscious!) Sadly, the actual manicure is my only criticism: my SNS dip nails are kinda bumpy- not properly polished down/shaped on the top of my nails and it's driving me crazy. read more

Walk in client and treated with total disregard- they stared at their 'appt' laptops and acted 'booked' -three employees sitting! I bit my lip and waited until the man begrudgingly sat me at a counter for a fill. Sitting on barstool chairs at a bar counter made my feet swell! Uncomfortable to put it mildly. The tech said very little during the 40 mins. No one else came in and the extra techs, sat quietly. There are MANY nail places in PVB. I suggest to go elsewhere! read more

Polush is the best nail salon in town! I recently went there with my grandmother, my fiancé and my cousin's a few days before my wedding. Kim, Thomas, Jade and the whole team at Polush pampered us and made us feel so relaxed. They even served us mimosas to help us kick off the wedding festivities! I have visited PoLush twice now and both times were a great experience. The shop is very clean and modern and the entire staff goes out of their way to make customers feel welcome. There are obviously a number of regulars and they are greeted by name and a smile when they walk in. I have only gotten pedicures (which were awesome) but there were a lot of women getting manicures, gels, etc. as well. This is by far my favorite salon at the beach. read more
