This place was recommended by a local for good hip hop so I I decided to try it out. I arrived on a Friday around 10pm. I thought the place opened at 7pm (according to google) but they were not open. A few other ladies arrived at the same time an asked if we could still go in so security let us sit and chill. The entry fee was $20 but I was fine with it. I ordered a few drinks (Casa migos & sprite), each drink was about $18. The music on this night was all 90s and early 2000s music. I prefer a mix of new and old school. While it got a tad busier, it defintiely wasnt worth the entry fee. Security told me Saturdays are better but I doubt I'd go back.

The venue was decent. Nothing out of the ordinary. The general vibe was similar to a renovated church basement. Plenty of seats. Seems like it is a popular place to go for your birthday as it seemed like everyone and their mama had a birthday the day I went The drinks were pricey given the small cups ($18 per drink after gratuity). The music was a tad too loud too. However, the rooftop was a nice addition. Everyone was having a nice time dancing and laughing. It is definitely quite the party place

I came on a Thursday and it was an older crowd. I would come back here to try the food. The beef empanadas were really good, well seasoned. The lobster Mac and cheese was pretty decent. The DJ Self was good but then after him some songs kept repeating. The Henny sangria was lethal. The first hookah we had was very harsh but the second one was way better. They also have a rooftop. I heard on Wednesdays it's good and it's a R&B night. Vax card and ID are required to enter

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was great and the music was fun. This was a former night club pre-covid, so they are trying to give you the same vibes but as a restaurant. I do believe the prices for the drinks are a bit insane for a "restaurant". They also offer hookahs for $30. They do follow safety measures due to covid and limit the capacity. The location of the restaurant is very industrial and dark at night.

I had the pleasure of dining at Polygon BK on 10/17/2020. Wonderful establishment. The service, the layout, THE FOOD, ambience, & cleanliness was over the top! This is legit the BEST Latin cuisine I have tasted! The tables were not on top of one another, there is social distancing, there is hookah and bottle service as well. I had the Sorullitos, mofongo bites, coconut shrimp as appetizers and had churrasco with white rice, beans & maduros. My sisters had the pork chops and pernil. The rice comes in these cute little pots, the presentation was amazing, the food was delectable & the portions are more than enough to fill you up! We also shared an order of the lobster Mac and cheese OMG!! So good!! I also ordered 2 to-go orders (churrasco, white rice & beans & grilled chicken with arroz gon gandules) because that's how much I loved It! My family & I enjoyed the fight night (on their many televisions displayed in the walls) after our meal & ordered 2 hookahs & 2 bottles of liquor. There was a DJ as well & we enjoyed song after song until closing! I also made sure I got dessert (Flan de coco) before I left! If you love someone or care for them dearly, please take them to Polygon for a GOOD TIME ! I cannot stress enough how much of a great time I had given this crazy year!

This place was pretty cool.. went here with a friend and she loved it. The food was good when it finally came. We waited for over and hour for chicken and rice & shrimp. Absolutely ridiculous! However, the service people were very kind and accommodating. They gave us an additional round of drinks and took off the ones we had on our tab. It was a bit rowdy when we first got there but after that it got much better.

Complementary dessert at Polygon Brooklyn Latin Pizza tastes good as it looks.

If you want to eat great Puerto Rican food / Latin, then this is the place to be... in addition a ridiculous tasty Latin pizza ever... I have been here before but I must say they have perfected their food and added so many other additional platters. The entire staff is friendly and the owner is very accommodating The place is being and the tables are pretty a part from one another, the music let's just say you want to get up and dance. I am in love with this place..love the vibe .. finally a place that I can eat great Latin food and not worry about getting COVID. yum Brunch and or Dinner

Randomly ended up here New Year's Day for after hours am not a big fan of after hour spots in New York just because the venues generally tend to be disappointing since they r usually crap this place surprised me. Nice big open space, good amount of seating & a nice area for dancing. We ended up here because our friend happened to be playing a set .. music wise it was decent not bad overall would be nice if they had some lights going would give it a better vibe. Drinks they start serving after 8 if I recall? I stuck to beer Modelo $6 dollars not bad. Service was good, they also serve food which can come in handy. Cheap enough prices everyone seems to be pretty nice & helpful. We didn't last long like 3 hours since the place wasn't very crowded Don't know maybe it was too early still Lolll .. but overall it wasn't bad, I wouldn't mind coming back.

I'm not sure how this happened because I'm always mindful (and demure ) of the places I go and religiously wash my hands when I get home. BUT after narrowly avoiding death, my friends decided to celebrate my full recovery, and life in general, by dragging me to Jupiter Disc, last night. I'm not sure what the cover was because my friend paid for tickets in advance. For a dive bar, it's quite spacious it was compared to similar spots, which are usually smaller and have you stuffed like you're inside a tin can of sardines. Don't get me wrong, it's not huge but roomie enough to get your dance on without stepping on someone else's shoes. It's also super clean and has proper air ventilation... if you're into that sort of thing. The light fixture in the middle of the ceiling... should I call it a centerpiece? is impressive as well. I've seen many LED fixtures over the years. This is amongst my favorites. Another win of Jupiter Disco: on a cold, January night they had an adequate number of bartenders. Something other places struggle with. I can only speak to the cocktail I had and it was wonderful: Professional Widow ( Tequila + Lemon + Ginger + Cardamom + Blackberry Balsamic). I had a few of those and they were all made to perfection. My friends ordered other drinks but they said everything was to their liking. The DJ - For Future's Sake: Just wanted to drop a quick additional note about the DJ, For Future's Sake. Each time I hear his sets I become more and more impressed. His ability to mix top 40 hits with obscure and niche dance and EDM tracks together is unmatched. Shoutout to him for keeping the vibes pretty epic last night.

House of Yes isn't just a venue--it's a state of mind, a glitter-drenched fever dream of queer joy,…read moreradical self-expression, and performance art that swings from the ceiling (literally). If you walk in expecting a traditional night out, prepare to be lovingly and fabulously corrected. From the moment I entered with a friend, it was clear this place plays by its own, very sparkly rules. The first room was more of a whimsical prelude than a line-up zone: drinks flowing, people mingling like old friends at a costume party, and a gloriously casual pile of pillows where you could recline like a disco-era Roman god. And yes--there was a tarot reader, naturally, because no true evening of hedonistic joy is complete without a stranger telling you your moon energy needs grounding. Once the main room opened, things escalated--in the best way possible. Performers appeared everywhere: on stage, above our heads, behind the crowd--acrobats, dancers, aerialists, all oozing talent, glitter, and just enough danger to keep you watching with your mouth open and your drink clutched tightly. It wasn't just a dance floor--it was a full-blown immersive experience. The music kept the energy up all night: infectious, thumping, and curated to make even the shyest feet consider their moment of main-character glory. The crowd? Pure magic. Full of respectful, expressive, and joyful people, the kind of fellow partygoers you dream about meeting in New York. Everyone was there to dance, to celebrate, to vibe--not to posture or preen. What makes House of Yes so special is that it's not just a nightclub--it's a celebration of freedom in all its forms. Of identity, of movement, of art, of joy. It's campy, chaotic, oddly intimate, and--somehow--profound. In short: if you're craving a space that feels like Studio 54 met a circus in a utopian queer commune, House of Yes is your new church. Bring an open mind, comfortable shoes, and a healthy appreciation for sequins.

BEWARE: Multiple Phones Stolen in One Night, Management Showed No Concern…read more Both my friend and I had our phones stolen inside Ciao Ciao. We later learned that at least two other women also had their phones stolen that same night. When we reported it to the bouncers and management, they showed little concern and made no meaningful effort to investigate, review security footage, or help locate the stolen phones. We even pointed out an individual whose behavior seemed suspicious, but instead of investigating him, management defended him. After I questioned him myself, I watched him immediately leave, get into a car parked directly in front of the club, and drive away. Something seemed quite fishy about his relationship with the club. What makes this especially concerning is the safety aspect. If I had not been with my friends, I would have been stranded for the rest of the night without a phone to contact anyone, get directions, or access transportation. Having multiple phones stolen in one evening should be a major red flag for any venue, yet staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing it. Based on this experience, I would not return and would urge anyone visiting to keep a very close eye on their belongings.
