She is very knowledgable in her craft & is very personable, which makes getting a Brazilian much less awkward. Her prices are already very reasonable so I was glad to find that she offered a Groupon for 3 waxes for the price of 1. The only problem I have is her mapped location on Yelp. The address is correct but using the Yelp directions will take you to downtown Winston-Salem. Her location on Google Maps is correct so use them to get your directions. She is located in the back of a home-turned-office in the lower levels. If you go into Street View on Google Maps, you will get the image of the location & see the driveway on the right side. Just drive down there, park on the left & enter the first door you see. There will be another immediately after that & her studio is on the right.

My old SNS had been on my nails for over a month as I was moving across the country and ran out of time to get them redone before the journey. By the time I found myself with TaTa (I believe that was her name), one of the technicians at Lotus, I had a few nails already peeling. TaTa made sure to take great care of my nails as she was removing the SNS, being gentle and thorough with the removal of 100% of the SNS. This surprised me as 1. I have extremely brittle, sensitive nails and I ALWAYS have to remind technicians to be careful. Not once did I have to ask this of TaTa. And 2. I had never been to a nail salon that completely removed the SNS instead of applying on top of the existing layer. They definitely know what they're doing here.
