Left a voicemail about an hour ago trying to figure out my appointment time and if I was even actually on the books. No call back. Tried to book it again, and the site was being glitchy. Tried to close out and book from the very beginning, and I get an error message that I've exceeded the maximum number of requests to try again in 12 hrs. About to call one more time, but I'm betting I'm not going to get through. I was really looking forward to trying this place :(

I appreciate it that they have washed my hands when I arrive. They also showed off the room where they sanitize all the equipment. You get to choose your scrub and lotion sent as well as your color. I was going to get the spa manicure but they were running late so I just got the basic one. The technician did a wonderful job on my nails. She made sure I was happy with the color before she painted them. She created a custom color based on what I was looking for. I would definitely come back the next time I need my nails done.

First they had to remove my previous manicure from my nails, which took a while but I did not mind because I'm trying to keep my nails healthy. My cuticles grow fairly fast, so they also needed to be trimmed, and during this, my manicurist nicked my cuticles on numerous fingers- causing them to bleed. The manicurist was aware of it and apologized throughout the appointment. The manicure also wasn't the cleanest job I've had either. She was still very apologetic for my cuticles, and gave me a coupon for my next visit to make it right, acknowledging that this is not a normal experience. A week later the nail that they redid had fully fallen off again and the nails were chunky and not done well.
