There were many days he said he would come and simply did not. He did not complete the job and the parts he did complete were not done well. He splattered white paint on our wooden floors. The doors haven't worked well since and keep getting stuck, in fact we were locked out of our basement for 5 days because he never came to fix it. The floors look like someone trying for the first time (see pictures below). The paint job is subpar. In addition we gave him a $500 deposit on a second job which he was to complete after this project however he has been dodging this second project so I'm afraid our deposit money is gone. Please save your money and time, find someone else.

Kyle came out to inspect the work and agreed it needed to be redone -- which I truly appreciated. Jayden was then assigned to the project, and I couldn't be more impressed. He carefully assessed everything, explained the best approach, and completed the job with precision, care, and efficiency. The tub and surround look fantastic! He used a high-powered fan and hose system that almost completely eliminated the strong fumes, which made a huge difference. I also really appreciated the careful masking and protection of the floors and bathroom fixtures -- everything was well covered and respected. What stood out most is that Miracle Method truly stands behind their work and made it right. That level of accountability and professionalism means a lot. I highly recommend them!

The first…read moretechnician they sent out did a poor job with the tub reglazing and chip repair but they then sent Jayden out and he made things right, he apologized numerous times for the quality of the job done by the previous technician and made sure everything was perfect when the job was complete. They even compensated me for the extra time the job took and for that alone I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a tub reglazed.
