My experience was wonderful. Mark communicated promptly and personally and squeezed me in. His salon is very clean and Mark was super nice. He is truly a professional. He took his time and was incredibly focused. I got my blonde hair deep conditioned and about 4-5" cut off. Mark softened the lines around my face and added some layers. She was so great in explaining to me the process, how they work and how to care for them. After our conversation, I decided to come in and have Mandi put a full set of lashes on me. I am so happy with her work! I love the fact that I can get up in the morning and head to the gym and not have to worry about putting on any mascara or try to make my eyes look awake. While the staff members are kind, it seems they force their own idea of what you should do with your hair onto you. After the first time of them doing that to me earlier this year, I thought "maybe it was just this stylist?" so I went again recently. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. My bangs were cut shorter than I asked, and they are very obviously crooked. It has ruined 4 special events that I was part of this week. I didn't even want to go to one I had today, just because I was embarrassed of how all my photos were turning out with such a terrible haircut. ---------- I went in and asked for my bangs to just be shaped - no dramatic length change. I was at a loss of words whenever I was turned around to look at my reflection and see that I got something completely different from what I had asked. The stylist seemed excited, and I just looked at her in disbelief. She asked if I wanted her to change anything, but you can't paste hair back on, so I mustered out a stoic "no"...didn't want more of my hair to be butchered off. Hair grows back, I get that, but I specifically went here to get my bangs shaped for special events that I knew I was going to be photographed multiple times for.
