After calling several locksmiths in the area I was very pleased with both the professionality and service of Chuck at Pomona Locksmith. The locksmith work I needed was not the typical, "need immediate help" emergency so I had a day or so to call several locksmiths and price around. I called Pomona Locksmith at 9:30 AM on a Labor Day weekend Saturday to rekey 5 locks at my house and Chuck had the job done by noon. Awesome service. Today I brought my Jeep Wrangler in because my tailgate wouldn't lock. Since it was a 1994, I assumed something was broken. They sprayed cleaner and lubricant on the locking assembly, and now it works perfectly! I asked how much I owed them, and they said nothing. He had my key recoded in 15 minutes and even helped jumpstart our Navigator when the battery died. I'm taking a trip this weekend and needed a spare key so based on the good reviews, I went to check this place out. When i got there there was a couple sitting down and I asked if they worked there. They said no and told me they had been waiting for 15 mins for someone to get there. I said wth? So I called the number on yelp and a guy answered and told me he was out doing a job. He apologized and said he would be back within 15 mins. I thought it was unprofessional for him to leave the shop unattended during work hours, but I needed the key so I waited. 15 mins later and nothing... We got locked out of our house on a Saturday evening, I searched for a locksmith on Yelp and called the first one since they were so close. The app said they closed in 30 minutes, I called and spoke with Chuck, he was so helpful and friendly, he asked me to send a picture of our lock, replied instantly and gave me the cost over the phone and said someone would be here to help us in 20 minutes. Pete arrived quickly, possibly under 20 minutes and was done in a flash and just as friendly and helpful. He even offered to cut us an extra key before he left! They helped us out in a pinch and didn't bat an eye about sending help even though they were closing. Ever lose your keys? Well, Chuck is definitely the guy to call. One thing that I really liked about him was he was genuinely trying to help you. I called him and explained my whole story and told me that he couldn't program my key, but he then promised me that he will help me find somebody that will.
