***************NOT ENOUGH START TO JUSTIFY THE SERVICE I RECEIVED*************** Chuck is the BEST, I am extremely hard when giving reviews no matter what it is. But Chuck exceeded my expectations by miles.. I misplaced my only set of keys for my 2001 FORD F-150 and my first call was to Colley Ford Auto Center. I figured if someone could help me my FORD dealer should be happy to assist. This was so not the case, I was transferred aimlessly multiple times, i was on hold for 5 minutes and on the final transfer the pone rang for over 7 minutes... That is until someone picked up the phone and then hung it up! I called back promptly and requested a service manager. The service manager said it would cost $140 plus labor and then when he realized my Truck was a 01 FORD he said they could not help. As they no longer cary info on that year and the furthers they could go back was 06. So I turned to yelp... and I have to say its the best thing I could have done. Pomona Locksmith was one of the first businesses that popped up with 5 stars, that are so well deserved. Chuck immediately put my worries to rest while I spoke with him on the phone and was at my hours within 45 minutes. Chuck's skills were evident as he quickly got to work. He took apart my Mitsubishi truck lock apart and fixed it at the gear level, I thought $50 was a little bid pricy, but I do see a functioning trunk lock and he gave me a free spare key. There's no exaggeration to say that this place was a lifesaver!!! My Honda Civic has a key fob that doesn't work and it's very difficult to get the key into the lock to manually unlock the door. Needless to say, I was stranded outside my job for about 2 hours while I tried calling around to get help. Mechanics wanted to charge me $300 and other locksmiths around $125. Even AAA couldn't help me ! I finally called this place and they were the most polite and explained how Hondas have this problem.
