You mention in the response that your main focus is customer service however, your comments indicates that you are not aware of the incident at all. My car is not Camry it's 09 corolla. You took the effort to contact 3 toyota dealers to enquire about pricing yet you omit to speak with your team to address customer service part. May I suggest you speak to your staff about the incident to have a better understanding of the case. am sure your staff will remember me. Amazing doesn't begin to describe the service Chuck offers. He is unreal fast, super honest, and reasonably priced. If you have a lock problem, do yourself a favor and call Chuck. Earlier today someone, somehow got a hold of a spare set of keys to our house and entered the house - seemingly in a burglary attempt. This of course did not sit well with us. We first called another local locksmith, who I seemed to wake up from a slumber at 7pm, to come change the locks. We didn't really feel comfortable knowing that someone who had entered the house that day could do so at will. That other locksmith told us to wait until the morning, and they could have someone come to the house. Not a cool move. Then we called Chuck. In less than ten minutes Chuck was at the house and already changing all the locks. He was personable, funny, but most importantly he was efficient and actually seemed to care about the situation. Unfortunately these types of business practices are near extinct today. It is no surprise that he has been running this small shop in the same place for the past 30 years. My brother locked his key in his Plymouth Voyager Van with windows up sealed. I called Chuck based on the reviews on Yelp. I needed to have some complicated entry door work repair after the DEA broke through my front door. That reminds me, I need to write a review on the DEA. But that's another story for another day. I called about five other contractors. It seemed like the work I was asking to be performed was too complicated for a quick fix and contractors would walk away or put me in for a way later day. This is my front door! I got law enforcement, thieves, and hustlers always trying to make their way in. I needed to get this fix done. Chuck answers the call personally. He tells me he's busy until that afternoon, then he's available. Chuck comes out to my place that afternoon, figures out a solid way to replace my entry door locks and re-keys my place. Excellent service in a hurry! Called Pomona Locksmith in the morning when a doorknob in our 1931 house fell off into the hand of our guest from Japan. Chuck is the best. I lost my 2003 Honda Civic key and every place I called wanted to rip me off. I had the original key that needed to be re-program. They all weree asking in the $170 range. My wife lost her car key. We didn't have a spare. I called around to the few shops that were open on Sunday, and left a message for Chuck. He called me back and I explained what the situation was. He quoted me a price over the phone, and suggested that if I could wait a day, that I could get the key made from the Toyota dealership for less money. The wife had to have her car for work, so I called him back and asked him to come out. He arrived promptly and made two new keys for about half of what another locksmith quoted me. Chuck is great. He is a very nice guy and does his job professionally. He came to fix my locks promptly after I dealt with another locksmith. Here is the story: At first, I scheduled another locksmith (http://diamondbarlocksmiths.com/) to come to my place, and I asked for the price clearly on the phone. However, the guy did not show up at the scheduled time until I called them to remind them. He showed up one hour late and wanted to charge me additional 60 dollars (which he did not tell me on the phone) for some kind of "installation fees." He also wanted to charge me more money for each lock. In total, he wanted to charge me more than 200 dollars for fixing three locks. I decided not to use him and paid the visit fee and asked him to leave. I called pomona locksmith on yelp, Chuck came in 15 minutes. He charged me 92 dollars for three locks! Much cheaper than this Diamond Bar locksmith. Plus no additional hidden fees. This is my experience of using two different locksmiths. Hope you can choose a locksmith wisely.
