My wife had lost my spare key I need to get a spare car key for my Infiniti G35. I called the dealer and they were going to charge me over $400 to get a replacement key. I called around and spoke to "Chuck" who gave me a good price to get the keys done and I told him I can go to his shop in Pomona. However, I had order the key and the remote on amazon.com so I waited a few days until I got my keys in the mail. Well, on my Friday off I drove to the location, but had a very difficult time finding the place. This place is actually a kiosk in the middle of the small shopping center. Unless you know it is a kiosk, this place is hard to find. Eventually I found the place and Chuck and his assistant were very professional and got my transponder key made and remote programmed in 30 minutes. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was that there was confusion on the final price of the transponder key and the programming quoted over the phone. I called Friday evening 10 mins to closing desperate to find someone to unlock my boyfriend's trunk. I had complete 'mommy' brain & after grabbing our daughter's milk fron the cooler that was in the trunk..I just closed it. For security purposes he put the security lock, which will not let you access the trunk or let you unlock the latches to the seats without a key. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My daughter was having trouble with her car's steering wheel locking up. We had to get the car towed to a nearby Hyundai dealership (Hyundai of Glendora). The dealership wanted $637 plus tax for the repair and said the car will be ready in two days. My husband thought that was ridiculous for them to charge that much, so he called around and found Pomona Locksmith. Chuck gave him an estimate over the phone and said it would be under $200. So I get a call from my friend while I'm at work saying her and her mom were stranded in Ontario and I work in Fontana. I take my lunch shoot thru right quick to help the jump the car. The car went into anti theft lock mode and we couldn't get out of it. So me trying to think went to the university of YouTube to try to figure it out. Nothing... Chuck is awesome! Fast, capable, and kind. My wife and I turned up at his shop on a Friday evening near closing time. As new and inexperienced homeowners, the doors to our house had been gone over multiple times before we got the house. Multiple sets of the seller's contractors had multiple keys to every door. Chuck knew our predicament as soon as we explained it to him. He told us he had to drop his son off at home and then came over to our house within 30 minutes as promised. He then set about re-keying, changing locks, and making spare keys for 5 doors and helped us rationalize our locks and keys. He repaired locks that contractors had re-keyed and reinstalled badly.
