I went ahead with Botox injections and waited the obligatory 10 to 14 days to see the results. After about a week I still had significant movement in my forehead. I called the office and they were able to schedule an appointment for me to come back within the allotted window for revision. I ended up going back during that time and got re-injected in my forehead. Waited an additional two weeks and still saw little to no results. When I called the office, the person was very unattentive and dismissive about my concerns. She basically told me I should wait the full three months and then "we could start from scratch" since I didn't know how many units I was getting in the past. Isn't that their job...to gauge how many units I need. She was very defensive and never called me back to see if I was still interested or if there was anything else they could do. I would not go back there again. Given that there are so many medical spas and options for Botox these days, I really feel like the people at Grace medical should have been a little more proactive about customer satisfaction.

I asked the billing department and even the manager if they would please issue a partial credit, but the flat out refused. I've spent 9 months coming in, spending money, with NOT A SINGLE HAIR LOST. I asked for a credit several times and they would not honor anything. The crazy part is my best friend went for the same service, had the same amount of sessions and she also has ZERO result. Don't waste your money here.
