They won't inject you with 20 vials in one day because they know it won't feel/look good. There is a reason they are known to be one of the best. I asked the billing department and even the manager if they would please issue a partial credit, but the flat out refused. I've spent 9 months coming in, spending money, with NOT A SINGLE HAIR LOST. I asked for a credit several times and they would not honor anything. The crazy part is my best friend went for the same service, had the same amount of sessions and she also has ZERO result.
