I guess there was fraud happening something about embezzling money from Medicaid and unlicensed nurses giving treatment. When I met NP Andrews she was welcoming and make me feel comfortable, she was very knowledgeable on my previous conditions, and gave me resources and tips to better manage them. I never completed or benefited from it because of the way I was treated. they want free money from me for nothing. I never ever used the facilities, and tried many times to cancel the membership. What happened to treating people like human beings? Customers deserve respect, honesty, and compassion. Instead, I was charged for a service I never wanted to use after such a terrible experience.
