Not only was the quote exactly what I paid, but the work was amazing. This particular vehicle has been at MANY shows, and even went to the dealership with FRESH paint on the wheels. Not only did the car come back working properly, the wheels didn't have ANY new marks on them. In fact, I had taken photos to compare and make sure. Compared to my local Lincoln Dealership, which had my car for 10 minutes to check my door code, and messed up $200 worth of window tint. Long story short, Brian and his crew actually CARE about their customers, customer's vehicles, and customer's wallets. The price of the transmission was 1/3 of what I was quoted by other shops, and after a few hundred miles and many car shows (and burnouts), the transmission still shifts stronger than ever. I recently called for a quote for a catylitic converter replacement. I found Gaspers to be the…read moremost reasonable, so I made an appointment. I had informed the owner that I had recently taken my van to AutoZone, for a diagnostic, and I needed the converter replaced. Gaspers told me it was only an 02 sensor, and nothing more. He did the work for me. My check engine light came back on, and I took it back. I was told that it was now the catalytic converter. I was told that the codes change, and it didnt show up the first time. I called around to some other mechanics, and took it to Autozone for another diagnostic. I was told by all, that the code would have showed up regardless if the sensor was also bad. I called Gaspers to see if he would make it right, and he refused. Said he didnt care what other diagnostics were, because his didnt show that. This is highly unprofessional, especially when there is a pandemic going on in the world! I am not going to allow for a business to nickle and dime me, as I can clearly see, Gaspers must do. I do Not recommend this business to anyone!
