It was a recent Sunday morning and i had a tire issue that would not allow me to drive approximately 35 miles home. I agree with the previous reviews; if I could give negative stars I would. My battery was changed by a depot tech and I've been having flashing lights and stall outs in my car since. I spoke with the owner and explained that I don't live near his shop and all I wanted was someone local to me to look at my car and tell me it's safe. We were on vacation and had a flat tire. Depot Auto was booked solid for multiple days but they were able to squeeze us in and repair the tire quickly at a great price. Very friendly staff. If we ever need anything again and are in the area, we will call Depot Auto. read more

Can I give negative stars? TERRIBLE company, the worst I've ever dealt with. After picking up the keys for my tow, they said they were going to come back for it and it would be delivered to me no later than the next morning which I was ok with. I had another ride so I wasn't going with the tow. When I called back to get an updated ETA, I was told maybe a week or two and then I was told they didn't have enough staff to do my tow at all. They knew at this point that I was already out of town and had no way to get back (I don't live in the area). They flat out told me to go get the car myself but they had the keys and I had no way of getting back. Completely unsympathetic and rude to boot. They even tried to tell me that they're the only company in the area AAA works with, which AAA confirmed was a flat out lie. Everything they said was a lie. Buyer be ware, go anywhere else if you can, do not waste your time, they tried to steal my car! read more

I had an accident and the police called them to tow away my totaled civic. I am glad they picked these guys as they truly went above and beyond helping me out. I am not from Sheboygan and the accident left me stranded. They called a couple rental car companies and they were all out of cars due to something going on in town. Luckily, they were picking up a car in Appleton and offered to have me ride along with the driver. They had him head out as soon as they had a truck available, and I was on my way with minimal wait. They truly went above and beyond with the whole process of towing my car and working with the insurance company. I bought a new car and had to pay them a visit to replace a tire with a punctured sidewall. They shopped for the lowest price, (since BMW run flats are pricey) ordered and installed the next day. They didn't pressure me into a whole new set or anything I didn't need, and were courteous and professional. I plan on using these great guys in the future, whenever I'm in town. A+ read more

I had to call Depot in the early morning hours to have my car towed out of a muddy mess that was deceiving and partially obscured from view. The driver Alex called me directly after receiving call from dispatch to verify details regarding the service call, he gave approximate location and estimated time of arrival which was incredibly accurate, he was extremely friendly and personable giving the customer a feeling of comfort and security in the choice to call Depot. His professionalism continued throughout the service call and people skills were second to none. He was extremely knowledgeable in what needed to be done to close job order. His ability to interact with customers is a rare quality, the entire time felt like I was catching up with an old friend I've known for years. Towing is worth it , but auto mechanic work needs major improvements. Customer care not there. Seems like they don't want to go the extra step to take care of their clientele. Doesn't feel like they want you to come back. I've been looking for a trust worthy and good mechanic and I still haven't found it . read more

Worst place I've ever delt with! Brought my Audi on for repairs and they broke my windshield!!! Been 2 weeks and they still have offered to fix it or called me back! I actually have to take action on my end to get this issue resolved! Will never go back here again!! read more

These people were a Godsend when our car broke down on US43. They towed us, recommended hotels and restaurants, drove us to the hotel, and finally the next day, when it was clear our car was not repairable, they drove us to a car rental agency. They were helpful & pleasant while hosting us for 24 hours. Can't thank them enough! read more

These people are awesome. My car broke down on the expressway and they were there in about 15 minutes. They took me to the shop and explained that the transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. I decided that I needed to take the car home and figure out what I was going to do. They towed me all the way back from Sheboygan to Kaukauna, about 66 miles and could have charged me a lot more than they did. They are about relationships and people, the kind I would gladly do business with if I lived closer to them. I would recommend them to anyone, great people, friendly, understanding, and supportive.
