Due to time constraint I took the two tires ($498) and ordered the correct ones to be installed upon shipment. But,... Before any of that could happen, I left with two new rear tires and went upon my way. My TPM light was still on, but I figured it would reset soon, then 15m on 90 exprwy my Red Tire Pressure light came on. As I looked for the closest exit, BAM my tire blew. Yes the tire I'd just purchased blew completely off as I was travelling on expressway. I had slowed down luckily, but it could have been a disaster. I called the location and spoke with Clementine. He said I must have done something for the tire to blow. That is unusual. I stated that no I did not hit anything or run over anything and that my light was on right after I left the location. He said I would have to come in to have the car and the tires checked. I did so following day. He showed me my tire and stated that my alignment could have caused it. I stated that was highly unlikely that an alignment would rub a new tire to the point of blowing in 20 min. He stated there was nothing he could do and that he wasn't refunding me. I had initially intended to have the tire replaced, but because of the despicable treatment and the continued accusations that I had been responsible for the tire blowing out. I stated I wasn't comfortable doing business with them and wanted my original tire and spare. He stated he wouldn't do that and I said that the tire has a warranty on it at least for 48hrs, even though I did not purchase the additional warranty. Finally I asked him to call regional manager. He did so. He waited on 4 people after hanging up from the call, and finally came over to state that he would refund me and replace the tires. I do not recommend this location and warn anyone about their practices. I do not believe you get what you pay for. I don't believe my alignment was checked. I don't believe my tire was installed properly. Beware.

While the mechanic was working on my truck he came in the waiting room and asked me to follow him where he pointed out potential problems on my front end. He also stated that there might be problems with my camber bolts being seized. After all was said and done my truck was done, the camber bolts did move, and everything was tight and aligned. Schedule a alignment for noon on Saturday 5/16/26. Dropped the car off at around 9:30 in the…read moremorning. Called the store around 2:40 pm to see the status of the car and was told that they were just getting it on. When I questioned that, the person said that they had alignment rack problems and would call when it was completed. I called back around 5:30 pm since I hadn't heard anything and that person said that it was being worked on. I again explained that my car was there since 9:30 am and had an appointment at noon. His explaination was that there was a lot of cars in for an alignment . I said, again, I had an appointment at noon and it should have not taken this long. He put me on hold and came back and told me that it was finishing up. He again said that there was a lot of people in for alignments, which I again told him that I had an 12:00 appointment and I should have been given that time slot. I told him what the other person said about the rack and he had no idea of it. Got the emailed invoice the next day and it showed that I picket up the car at 5:44 pm but now when I look at the invoice, all it shows it that I dropped off the car at 9:38 and and "Due at 1:00 pm". That tells me that the agliment "should" have taken an hour but I do understand that the techs do run into issues but I was never contacted saying the the alignment rack was down, they were behind or any other reason for my car to get done around 5:30 pm

Without knowing what was causing the issue and a full lot, they told us to be back before closing and they'll have it taken care of. When we came back, they told us that it was just a small hole in the tire and they didn't charge us anything because it was so small. They just asked that we come back next time we need new tires.
