The facilities are very clean, and they even provide free drinking water, which is the first time I've seen in any table tennis place.

Thanks Bay Club for being a big part of our lives and making it fun to come work out! I just wanted to give you guys a big compliment. I've been a member for over 20 years and think I am using the club more now than I ever have. I am really happy with the changes you've made over the past 5-10 years, and I feel like you are consistently getting all the little things right that add up to big things for me and keeping my membership. The locker rooms are always clean and well taken care of, the pools and hot tubs are pristine, the employees appear to be genuinely happy and engaged, and are super friendly, and the customer service is great when I've needed it. My daughter and I truly enjoy coming here just about every morning, and I think the operations of the club are a big reason why. Kudos! Also side note, I love the World Cup decorations and little fun festive things you've done around it (like the fish bowls for voting for the team you think will win). Things like this are nice ice breakers that make us look forward to talking to the folks at the front desk, and the relaxed, fun vibe motivates us to come in every day. I remember years where things felt tense to me here and it is definitely not like that anymore.

New location windows completely covered with brown paper and a sign out front saying "this location is permanently closed." There was a door slightly ajar and what looked like people and possibly equipment inside, though I did not get a good look. I pulled the door partially open to go inside and had to let go because of a phone call. It looked like some people saw me. Took a few minutes to end the call, and during that time, I heard someone come up from the inside and close and lock the door. I called their phone number and no answer. Closed business? Moving? Just unfriendly? No idea, but it seems not to be a place to go. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

Rich the owner is so kind and tentative and should be proud of the space he's cultivated. If you are looking for a space where you can go in and out quickly this is a spot for you. I've never had to wait for a machine. They have all of the essentials for lifting cardio machines and sometimes there's a cute puppy or two. Lots of well seasoned lifters here as well as newbies. Great vibe and place!

I love swimming here--there's an excellent lap pool where you can sign up for lanes, a diving board for extra fun, and plenty of open swim time for families. Kids can't get enough of the swim team, and there's even a shaded baby pool that's perfect for infants and toddlers. The tennis courts are top of the line, whether you're playing just for fun or competitively. The tennis pros are fantastic, and the whole tennis community here is great. Pickleball is also really taking off--it's always fun and social. The gym has everything you could want: Peloton bikes, free weights, machines, and a full range of classes. Beyond fitness, people also gather for bridge, mahjong, and other activities, so there's something for everyone. The food is excellent, the full bar is always a plus, and the events calendar is packed. There are great adult activities (salsa dancing, wine tasting, Aloha nights) and plenty for kids too (kids' night out, movie night, and more). Best of all, the community is welcoming and friendly. It's easy to meet people here, and many members end up making lifelong friends. All around, it's a wonderful club--I can't recommend it enough!

They have learned how to win AND how to lose. Something kids these days are protected from for too long as they grow up. Joe will gently and lovingly push them to excel. Hi Five also coaches multiple school teams at Hillview Middle School in Menlo Park to the point where parents are fighting over who gets to have Joe as coach.
