Yumm!! Lots of great options. All of our items were very tasty and flavorful. Our waitress was very kind and explained the menu to us nicely. There were lots of sweet treat options and many menu items that looked good that I will have to try next time.

THE BEST GLUTEN FREE FOOD!! The customer service was kind & amazing, the food was quickly prepared once we ordered & delicious, and it had homey art cafe vibes :) Loved eating here & would recommend to anyone wanting gluten free eats in Philomath!

    Chocolate cookies

EVERYTHING went well! The staff was superb! The chicken "pot pie" is like a stew with 2 delicious homemade biscuits on top. There were lots of chicken and vegetables in the dish. It was the BEST I have ever had!!! My husband loved his pulled pork dinner! First time here gives you a free chocolate cookie! And it again was delicious! We will DEFINITELY return on the next vacation! Oh and it is gluten free!!

If you're gluten free you need to eat here! If you're not gluten free, you need to eat here! Great food and great staff. It's like eating a meal with your family, owners will come and chat and say hello. Wait staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Great dessert selection, wine list, ciders and beers. All gluten free of course! My husband, who has no allergies, wants to come back and loves the food! We came to Philomath for this restaurant and it did not disappoint! We have eaten here daily while staying for 5 days. We plan to make day trips just to have a meal here. It's so comforting to have somewhere to eat that you do not have to worry about cross contamination and getting sick.

What an amazing place. Very homey in a small town. You should not expect to find a dedicated gluten free bakery and restaurant here. But here it is. We showed up after the OSU football crowd left. Very welcoming. Clean and good ambiance. Great selection on the menu. We shared a single BBQ plate with pulled pork, fries and cornbread (and added a dinner roll). Oh, and this was after a small plate of Mac 'n Cheese Balls. Great portions and delicious!!! Our server, Casey, was very friendly and took time to tell us the backstory about the place. We left with a couple chocolate chip cookies and a lemon berry bar. All in all, a great stop, and if we hadn't known it was a GF spot, we'd never have known. We will definitely be back.

This is hands down the best GF eatery in Oregon! 100% dedicated food and treats/desserts with lots of choices for other allergens like dairy, nuts, soy, egg, etc. The menu is extensive and hard to choose from. My non-GF hubby said it was some of the best food he has had (GF or not - he had the pulled chicken and tri tip tacos), and my DF daughter loved all of it, too (she had the chicken curry salad). Don't miss out on the BEST sweet potato waffle fries dipped in their homemade honey mustard sauce (seriously - I'm not even a sweet potato fry fan and I could not stop eating these!). The pulled BBQ chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned with KC BBQ sauce, the Mac and cheese is awesome, and their corn bread was the best I've eaten. Their dessert case had so many amazing choices that it was hard to choose. The gracious and super friendly owner (Lynda) gave us all cookies since it was our first time in (and a DF cupcake for my daughter since she couldn't eat the cookie). She also insisted I pick out a treat on them since my bday is in a couple of days. We still purchased several items to take home. Our waitress, Lauren, was as sweet as can be and the environment of the restaurant is so inviting and comfortable. I truly wish I lived closer because I'd be here weekly. We will definitely be back, though!

We have been to Corvallis so many times to see our daughter at OSU and passed this place repeatedly. Not sure why we decided to go this time around but boy what we have been missing. This place is friendly, clean and serves some legit BBQ. We were there on a Friday so were lucky enough to have the Tri Tip special. The hubs and I split it and it was more than enough. We tried all their sauces and each was better than the next. I opt for the spicy and it added a nice tang. The owner stopped by to check up on us and we had a great conversation. He told us how he got started and how the business has grown. We'll be back each time we're in the area, probably stopping by twice each trip!

Pulled pork glazed carrots herb baked roll

Homemade specialty food from heaven. Peach iced tea to slow roasted pork with herb glazed carrots and you won't believe the bread side choices. This place cares!! Service top notch too. Comfy cafe style. *First time diners even get a free huge choco chip cookie

It's pretty cool that this place is 100% gluten free. There's even warnings in the front door to NOT bringing outside food or drink for the fear of cross contamination. It's nice to not have to worry about gluten. Cozy atmosphere and great service. First off, sweet potato waffle fries... best I've ever had. Ranch dressing was also the best I've ever had. Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I had a mixed plate of pulled pork, pulled chicken and spicy sausages. The chicken and pork had smaller pieces and was runnier than I like, I like to know I'm eating chunks of meat, not a soup. The sauces were vinegar based and peppery. Not too sweet. I wish the meat was more meat less sauce. The sausage texture was very soft. I prefer a more meaty texture than the soft "applesauce" like texture. I don't know how more to describe it. They had good flavor and had good heat. Another dish was the chicken strips. The breading was good but I wasn't expecting the whole pieces of chicken. It was like they removed the bones from fried chicken. There were complete bites that had all that fatty stuff. Chicken strips should be lean tenderloin or just breast meat. The fries were good, a little too much spice added, they were real peppery. Another party member loved the biscuits and gravy. Also real peppery. The final party member thoroughly enjoyed the tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. All in all, we will come back, great food, great visit.

A sample of the specialized gluten free flour mixes - delicious!!

About a month after our initial in-person visit, we were excited to find Young's Country Kitchen on Doordash. We ordered the tteokbokki bowl and the teriyaki tofu bowl and both were good! My only issue is that the teriyaki tofu bowl was a little bland and dry, so I had to add some teriyaki sauce I had at home. After adding the sauce it was enjoyable, but had I not been at home I wouldn't have been able to do that. I'll definitely be back, since there's a vast menu I have yet to explore. All things considered, the food here is tasty and absolutely worth a try!

We try to find local restaurants to support local business, we've generally been happy with what we've found. Young's Country Kitchen is no exception, we really enjoyed our meal! The cuisine is quite good and authentic. The bibimbap had a good balance of beef and veggies, the chap chae also nicely done. My son enjoyed his bulgogi, good flavor and tender beef. We were a bit curious as to why our son ordered the sweet-and-sour chicken, but as always he knew what he was doing (at least with food). The chicken has the right amount of batter, there was still nice chunks of meat, plus the dish wasn't drowned in sauce. What really impressed me are the "minor" features that add up. The chili sauce with the bibimbap was tasty with a mild, not overwhelming kick (it may not be homemade, but it complimented the dish properly). The rice is very good, with generous portions. I wish I'd have purchased some kim chee to go with it. The miso soup is good, white miso, very appreciated on a cold day. Our family has been there before, and we plan on returning. My next try will be the Kim chee fried rice.

I enjoyed the mugs, stickers and jewelry on display in their little retail section but could see the critique from folks saying it feels a little blank- it's a pretty big space, so it's hard to make it cozy and intimate. The blueberry muffin I ordered wasn't very sweet so it didn't quite hit the mark for me, but still fine. I was mostly impressed with the excellent coffee and friendly service. I also thought the prices were extremely fair- only spent about $7 for coffee and pastry combined when the drink alone could be that at other shops. Great energy, overall.
