All fine, but they never gave us any update. Had to keep calling them. After 2,5 weeks they would send it to Wetaskiwin. Also fine, accept the car was still at Wagners a week later. Now, 3,5 weeks later, we decided to pull our car out of there because our trust is totally gone. No updates, they told us 5 times they would call us back, never did. Fed up with this. Eldon is the best salesman ever...I've now purchased from him twice in the past 3 months. The first time I purchased through him he had me set up and accepted for financing in like a day! He is a not problem salesman, you want it he gets it for you. He then set me up with all my add-ons I wanted on top and had it ready for that weekend (he even waited for us when we showed up late on a Saturday that they were supposed to be closed) We literally walked in and out with the keys and were on our way, no hassle. The second time we have now purchased from him it was even better then the first experience! He went above and beyond and helped us when it was more than a little difficult and added extras in that he didn't even need to! He then had it delivered to me 5 hours north of Ponoka in High Prairie! He has been more than a life saver. 2. Karrie is financing is the bomb. You will never work a better financing person, she will make sure that you are taken care of and answers my many questions by email throughout the day. Most financing people get super annoyed when you call them and email them like I do. She actually CARES and makes sure financing will work which is a trait you will never find in another dealership. After some negotiations, we came to an agreement and I agreed to drop my price $7,500 below what I wanted. Then a couple of days before I went there,they sent me a message about doing an inspection. I told them straight up that if the inspection would effect our deal that I wouldn't even bother coming. It was approximately an 8 hour trip from my home to the dealership. So I didn't want to waste my time if they were planning on changing the deal. They promised me in a text that the deal was done and this was just a minor formality. Well surprise surprise,when I arrived 3 people went out to look, came back inside and told me that the price quoted was no longer on the table and the new price would be another $2,500 less. This means that I'm now $10,000 below what I was asking. Had I known that I never would have driven there to sell it. It was 100% payed for so I really wasn't in a rush to sell. Then to add insult to injury, they told me that they would send me a cheque in the mail in a few days. I wonder if I went there and purchased a vehicle,if they would sign it over to me and I could send them a cheque in the mail. LOLOL, I don't think so LOLOL. I was brought up in a time when your word actually meant something!
