Do NOT go to Ponsi Shoes. My 87 year old mother was treated horribly here. She bought and paid for two pair of shoes. One pair was not fitted properly. She was told by one of the salespersons that the shoe she bought was not being sold any longer because of all the complaints. Long story short they failed to make good on the shoes. Dropped some shoes off to get fixed and told it would be done in a couple of days. A week later I go and check to see what the hold up is and was told they will get to it. Owner doesn't know his a** from a hole in the ground and it shows. Never again! read more

I am beyond fair and kind. I am very disappointed in yelp Because they are allowing a vendor like this to be able to attack a person with an accurate now basically stating that I am no longer welcome in their store. The first time was a short visit, I walked in with two prescriptions one with a cane, one with a walker you came out with an attitude from the back and stated that there's no way INSURANCE was going to pay for both and I just stood there literally dumbfounded. the 1st time that could've turned o to a longterm business interaction as a 48 year old woman who could've referred a heck of a lot of people to you in the area... you started with oh NO there's no way but you can get BOTH a walker & can now!! I said that's fine just please do me a favor double check just make a copy of both of my prescriptions you can feel free to call Atnea , I will come back and then you can see that it's already been preapproved for me to have both a walker and a cane. Calmly, and without incident, I did leave with a walker... Remember? I came back the next day or the day after and again you came out with an attitude (I instantly went into therapist mode... Have dealt with many more problematic people such as your self, your diagnosis, In my opinion was extremely obvious, is very very simple, narcissistic histrionic personality disorder) so I approached you very nicely, tiptoe around your feelings, and that's when I said oh your hair looks nice, did you get a haircut?... You said yes and you got it done at the food factory how would a person who yells and screams at someone know that? The answer is I wasn't. I was trying to defuse your situation with your attitude and your egotistical mannerisms. It was so sad when the older gentleman who I assumed was a relative of yours came out and just looks so incredibly disappointed in you, not me. I try to cheer him up, and I even gave you all Chunky candy bars while I was patiently waiting quietly in your decrepit chairs that are sitting there in the front right by the cash register. Does a person who is supposedly yelling and screaming give people chunky candy bars? I don't think so... I sat there and was polite and quiet and said to you specifically, "I will sit here and wait quietly, and when you find out that they are both are covered by my insurance, I will wait for your apology." You did apologize, didn't you, You were actually pretty pathetic in tears,Because you were found to be wrong! You were so hell-bent on being right that I think you really had a psychological meltdown, I felt the need to have to give you a hug I felt bad for you. Why I felt bad for you it's because I'm a kind person! I actually thought you would learn from that lesson. I recently got a new pair of diabetic shoes and had a brace taken off of my old shoes and put on the new ones. Everyone was very nice and took their time in helping me out. I went to Ponsi today to get my prescription filled for compression stockings. Rob helped me and couldn't have been nicer. He answered all my questions and even showed me a trick for putting them on. I have worn them in the past, and they are a struggle to put on and off. I think Rob's tip will help make that much easier. Will definitely go back there again! read more

I dropped off the prescription for my shoes and orthotics in October. I was told the shoes would definitely be ready by December. I called to check on the status after 3 weeks and was told I should be able to pick them up on Nov. 23. Nope...not ready. Nov 25...nope...we haven't got the shoes in stock, they're on order. December 3...nope...shoes are on order and we haven't got ANY idea when they'll be in. With each phone call I make I'm told they'll research the issue and get back to me yet they have never gotten back to me. I'm the one that has to initiate each inquiry. I have never dealt with a company with worse customer service than Ponsi Shoes. My recommendation is to travel as far as needed to find a company that is concerned about customer service and their customers. read more
