This is the first time in my life I've ever decided I really needed someone to come in and clean my house so I could free up my weekends for my kids and not cleaning all weekend. I made the mistake of having a private person come in and clean initially and what a mistake!!!! She did a horrible job!!! Now I know I'm OCD when it comes to the cleanliness of my house but it wasn't me being anal, she really did a horrible job!!! I got in contact with Robert through Facebook and he came out the next day to provide me with an estimate. Wrote down everything I was wanting cleaned and was very courteous and professional. We set up a time and the crew showed up early and called about an hour before as he said he would to confirm the appointment. They quickly got to work and since I have 3 boys and 2 dogs we stayed out if their way and left to let them do their thing. We came back and they were finishing up and the cleaners haas gone above and beyond and took the extra care to do more than what I had even asked for. My boys came home to their beds made and all their stuffed animals arranged adorably!! They were friendly and didn't mind my boys and their many questions. I have set up to have Robert and his service to come out on a monthly basis because I was extremely impressed and satisfied with their work!! I couldn't have done a better job if I did the cleaning myself!!! I am a huge supporter of local, small businesses and anytime I can, I search them out in lieu of big corporate companies. I have yet to be disappointed and would not ever think of allowing anyone else to come into my house to clean because I have found the best and intend to stick with them!!! I started chemo treatments recently and I have been unable to really clean and disinfect my house as usual. I have never been one to use a cleaning service even with my busy schedule and my kids busy schedule. So I got referred to Ponsors Cleaning Service by a friend of mine. Well they came out today and I must say I am extremely impress and happy with the service. I have set it up for them to come in once a month to clean and disinfect my home while I'm at chemo. I have never seen my kitchen floors shine as good as they had them. And the bathrooms were spotless I could eat off the toilet if I wanted too...lol They even got crayon off my wall from my 2 year old (that was not part of the cleaning routine). The estimated time for cleaning wus with in that estimated time did not go over. Areah and Mike are some wonderful people they are the owners of the company and there are so humble. I recently had Ponsor's cleaning come to clean the house we were moving into. The house was empty and vacant for a few months so dust and dirt was found in every crevice. They did a fantastic job getting all the baseboards and even my microwave vents which were disgusting. I wish I could have taking before and after pictures because they did such a great job. I asked if they would use green or natural products next time and for my sister (we have little ones) and they said of course. Whatever the customer wants, they will do it. They also do come back out within 24 hours free of charge if they miss something. This is a great family owned cleaning business! read more

Sorry but since the ownership has changed so have my cleaners. I have had four different cleaners and the quality has continued to decrease. I have decided to stop using this service after this last time this new cleaner did the job that a teenager would as far as the level of cleaning. I'm really disappointed as i was very satisfied in the beginning. read more
