My little senior dog got a cut from grooming. It became infected + he picked up a respiratory infection and ended up with a bad cough..paid $150 at the vet to get him cleared up ...very disappointed. I reported this to them and did not hear one word back. read more

Note: This review is specific to grooming. I have not utilized boarding or daycare services at this time. I have been to a handful of groomer's in the area. I began bringing my dog to Pooch Palace to be groomed by Mandy based on a personal recommendation. I could not be happier with Pooch Palace as a business and Mandy as a groomer. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Lately, my dog has been having some major health issues. Pooch Palace desk staff, the owner, and Mandy have been more than accommodating and flexible in meeting the health needs of my dog. Dealing with his health while still needing groomed has been stressful and Pooch Palace has been more than helpful. I will continue to use them and would recommend them for grooming to anyone. read more

Absolutely the best place to board your dogs. This place smells so good when you walk in. The staff is amazing, friendly and professional. Pets stay in rooms not runs. TV for your pets. A video camera lets you check in and talk to your pet 24 hours. They will gladly give a tour because they have nothing to hide. My dog was cared for, not just boarded. Grooming, daycare, on site. This is more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Our dogs had not been boarded before and yet I felt safe taking them here. Thanks to this business for a wonderful stay. We love Pooch Palace! Our dog, Bella, gets so excited to go to daycare and we love that she is entertained by the friendly staff and other dogs. We also use Pooch Palace for boarding and find it very reasonably priced for the services we receive. Bella gets a private room with a cot, and we get access to the camera in the room so we can see her while we are gone. We also love that for a reasonable amount, we can add on daycare to her boarding package, so we know she is getting exercise and entertainment throughout the day. We highly recommend Pooch Palace for care away from home. read more

We've been long-time customers of the overnight boarding at Pooch Palace. When we first discovered Pooch Palace, it was individual/ family-owned, and the owner genuinely cared about the well-being of your pets. The facilities were clean, you could call during the day and get in touch with staff. A year or so ago, the owner sold and it's now under new ownership, a larger company I'm guessing. Ever since, the quality of the facilities has over time drastically declined, while the costs of boarding have increased. (They charge $140 a night to kennel 3 dogs, it was $90 a few years ago). The cleanliness of the facilities is poor. We boarded our dogs last weekend for one night with their own food, and they all came back ill with explosive diarrhea. We've called twice now to alert them of this issue as the dogs clearly got sick at the kennel and we wanted to notify the staff so other dogs would not also become ill. We get a "call service" which says they would leave a message for the staff but there's no way to directly contact the faculty. Many customers have complained for months about the call service and how bad it is, but management refuses to listen to its customers and staff to make a change. The emphasis now by ownership/ management is cost saving measures rather than the health and well being of your pet, or providing quality customer service. It is a shame because we always felt safe leaving our dogs, which are our family members (not our pets). We knew if something happened we could get in touch with staff. Although the staff who work on site are always friendly and helpful and care about animals, there's only so much they can do with an ownership / management that sees profits as the priority and the wellbeing of pets as an after thought. I'm only giving this one star because you have to rate it to submit. Otherwise, it would be no stars. read more

Love this place so much, everyone is so passionate about all the dogs coming in and you can really tell they care for each and every one of them. The daycare room is giant and accommodating for all sorts of doggies while the boarding suites are perfectly clean and ready for anyone coming in! 10/10 would recommend! read more

Amazing place to board your pet! They care for your pet like their own. There are clean, bright, spacious rooms with 24/7 camera access to check on your pet. They are caring and responsive to your concerns and your pet's needs. Paul is the owner and he is awesome. Always available for questions and knows your pet and greets you by name. I have used their boarding services many times since we moved here in town and every episode we have been so pleased with their services for our 5 pound Maltese. They take her out many times a day, play with her, and make sure she has what she needs and what you want done. I am very grateful we found Pooch Palace for our dog boarding needs. Their groomers are awesome too and we fit that into Lilly's stay as well! They offer a variety of services. We have peace of mind when our Lilly boards at the Pooch Palace! read more
