However, they then retracted the offer, citing an 'old policy' requiring dogs to attend 3 times a month to stay active--a rule they have not enforced in the years I've been coming here. Because of this sudden enforcement of a dormant rule, I was told my dog needs a 're-evaluation,' but they couldn't fit him in for that until next week. Effectively, I was turned away despite being a long-standing customer with a dog they know well. It is frustrating when a business prioritizes arbitrary bureaucracy over loyal customers.

The staff there are great, particularly Sabrina, Olivia and Michaela. They treat my dog with love and Olivia has even taken it on to work with my furbaby on the same trainings that we are working on at home, ensuring consistency in our expectations with him.
