I was wrong. I had to fire them. Not looking so good. Their are other animals that something happened to according to their new rules letter in so many words. And tne won't two me today either. I only ordered a bath & nail trim & when I picked her up she was so fresh & clean and had a sweet bandana around her neck. the spa is nicely done (and it has superb air conditioning). the pick up area has a nice bed for my dog to lay on while waiting for me to pick her up. prices are very reasonable & there are a lot of items included. How much? - was so happy to have an appointment my sweet dog and I got there early and waited in the car. When time came there was no signage so we walked to the door but that was our second mistake. Finally found the RIGHT way to go and the "assistant" groomer pointed to a kennel for my gentle soul. Told her I was gonna wait and she tried to discourage that and when I insisted told me I'd "have to wait in the car." Gosh, do I have to? Instead I released my girl and we went home. Called for a beak & nail trim for two birds. This should cost $15-20. They wanted $149 OV office…read morevisit for EACH BIRD. I might have established them as new patients but then the beak & nail trim was $69 EACH. TOTAL PRICE $436 to trim nails. I had called them to do a hormone shot but after 1-2 weeks consult, to get back to me, they declined. The medicine was too expensive & they would not use it up before it went bad. These are not even Avian vets & their prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Have heard similar by other people re neutering febrile cats, but that is for them to write up.
