I thought they were really great until my last visit this lady Friday. Something happened to my dog and that won't tell me what they did there. Omits some strange all of a sudden new rules liked strange to me. When we read their new letter. And I saw the shake she was 8n weekend I picked her up and she's still shaking scared today. I was wrong. I had to fire them. Not looking so good. Their are other animals that something happened to according to their new rules letter in so many words. And tne won't two me today either. We have been traveling with our Shih-Tzu Border Terrior. Because he is more Terrior, he doesn't need a total haircut, but clean up and leave his face messy. Last year we stopped at a place near Biloxi only to find it had been sold. At the time we had our older dog (Ben) who was a full Shih-Tzu. Ben got groomed very nicely, Jerry got shaved even tho he had no mats. I came to EZ Breeze with instructions from Jerry's groomer that Jerry was not to be shaved. It ended up that I did not have to tell them & I didn't need to worry. Jerry was groom awesomely. Jerry is afraid of people, yet he felt right at home with everyone here. We have been using Bryana for a year now, she is great with my wild, hairy, stubborn Goldendoodle Oskar. Oskar loves going to see Bryanna, at EZ Breeze Grooming. Each time I take him to this groomer he is wagging his tail, and you see immediately how great Bryana is with dogs. She literally is the dog whisperer groomer. Even with the wild ones. Oskar always looks amazing, and smells great when I pick him up. I would highly recommend using this business for your doggie grooming needs. Bryana also offers boarding, as well as doggie daycare. Hello All... First off, I am not one for writing reviews; however, I felt compelled to write one for Miss. Brianna and her wonderful team, as they are hands down the absolute BEST! I have a 7-year-old, very (hairy) beautiful Alusky (Alaskan Malamute/Siberian Husky mix), Loki; one thing about this breed they have a tri-coat (3 layers of hair). Over the years and across 2 states, I have had my fair share of good-and-bad experiences with groomers, especially since I moved to Texas I have had a terrible time trying to find a new groomer (5yrs)... that is until now... until Brianna. Miss. Brianna is extremely talented at what she does; I do not know where/who trained her, but after she works her magic on Loki... Loki has never ever looked more pretty. It's almost as if Loki, after getting groomed, walks with an extra-pep-in-her-step... as if she knows how pretty (clean, hair thinned out, and smells beautiful) she is... little Miss... "I know I'm pretty... now give me a treat!" LoL There is "A LOT" of work that goes into grooming any breed with a tri-coat ... but it's not just Brianna's training and technique, but also her high-quality products. Loki smells so clean and fresh... and it's not from those stinky perfume sprays that all those other groomers use... Never with Brianna... it's the high-quality products that smell so nice and I was shocked that Loki weeks after getting groomed she continued to smell great. Miss. Brianna and her team are beyond kind and thoughtful; I feel safe leaving Loki in their care; I trust in her knowledge and techniques to always make Loki look & smell amazing; and her prices are extremely fair.
