When a second leak appeared, they came out the same day. Colin, the owner, and his colleague were friendly, communicative, and kept me updated on what they found and what to expect. They ended up opening drywall and threading in a new pipe, and I was impressed with their thoroughness and dedication. About two weeks after the repair, I reached out again for an unrelated problem with my water recirculation system. They came the same day to inspect it and offer guidance.
