If it wasn't in the 40s outside I might consider a dip! Seriously though, we had two other pool companies and Delta Pool Care runs circles around both of them. Each week we get the readings from their pool water tests so we can track what's going on. We've had some issues with our pool sweep that had Delta Pool Care going above and beyond to help fix. I'll give this business 2 stars for the pool guy that came out and kept my pool looking clean. Other than that Chris the owner is a crook and unprofessional. I was only a client with him for several months, but in those short months, I was charged twice in one month and caught it. Chris, wanted to drain my pool because my he said my Cyanuric acid level was exceedingly high and that my pool needed to be drained and he would pick me up as a client if I would agree to drain the pool, but he also encouraged me to get other opinions. After speaking to two other professionals, they both told me that my acid level was borderline high and that I didn't need. to drain my pool. When I spoke with Chris, he became defensive and argumentative. He then charged me for other services after that, in which I had called him several times to dispute, eventually receiving a refund . read more

Your right you did not replace the 3x hose, i did, I purchased new sections of the hoses that your saying was old that was broken 3x from the last tech you had come out. I fixed it, he found a way to break it again and that wasnt from any chlorine, that was from negligence of your tech. The two tech before i didnt have any issues with broken hoses or as you say chlorine eating at the hoses. But i did see how your tech was handling my equipment which i called you on Chris. You lost out on business because you would rather charge me for a hose then fix and repair something your guy broke, and that is unprofessional. read more

Delta Pool sent out their best man to our home!!! We Had DJ out today and his work was precise, took his time, gave our pool a good thorough cleaning and made sure no stone was left untouched! From getting all the leaves , dirt, and other debris from the (deep) bottom of our pool to the surface.. our pool is 7ft deep and he got everything nice and clean!! Side walls, everything!! Delta Pool Care is Amazing! I called Delta to give a second opinion pool inspection on the house I was selling. Delta's inspection was fair and accurate. Chris gave an expert assessment of the condition of our pool and went the extra mile to make sure that both we and the buyers fully understood the ins and outs of our pool condition. Our first inspection, done by Ahl Around Pool Care was terrible. This first inspector gave false water readings (saying that my pool registered no chemicals) and also said that my salt water chlorinator was non operable. Based on his false readings, he advised the buyers that my pool was leaking and that we needed a leak detection company to come and assess our pool. This delayed the sale of our home and placed unneeded fear in the buyers. When Delta Pool Care came out and tested our water, they found that we had the needed chemicals already in the water (although some slightly lower than ideal). Chris also showed the buyers that our salt water chlorinator was indeed working properly. He also did a water level test on the pool which lasted more than 24 hours and demonstrated that our pool was holding water properly (no leak). I am super grateful to Chris at Delta Pool Care for going the extra mile for us, giving as an accurate assessment of the pool (and recommending specific things that could be made better), and even adding in some chemicals (which he didn't need to do) to help our pool water chemistry come closer to ideal. I called to have our pool booster pump replaced. Ours was dead. Their guy came out to install but said our system needed new plumping connectors and he didn't do plumbing. His plumber was on vacation for 2 weeks so we would have to wait for him. Then he went into how we needed a bigger filter pump and how our sweeper wasn't really compatible or efficient with our system. Trying to make bigger sale. All had worked fine. Just the booster was old. We did wait the 2 weeks with no word so we called. The person who answered phone said yes the guy was back from vacation but they were at his mercy of who he did and when. So we called another pool company. The pump was done within 2 days. They got a better pump then delta was going to install for same price. Delta said it would be alot more expensive! So no surprise delta never did call. Glad we got someone else. I don't think they had any intention of doing our job. Just made us wait thinking they were to be mean because we weren't going for bigger job. Delta does not care about customer just big bucks. I would never recommend!! Would give them no star rating if I could. read more

Delta Pool Care is the Best most friendly and professional pool care I have ever had. They do the chemical checks and are knowledgeable to explain if anything is needed and what they can do. When I first called Chris my chemical balance of my pool was completely out of whack and everybody was feeling like they were getting poisoned by chlorine whenever they got into the pool. Chris came and explained to me the chemical imbalance that would cause that and fixed it immediately. I've never had another problem with it since. Their weekly service is perfect. One of their friendly staff come and do their job quickly and efficiently. If we're out swimming they're great about working around us. The cost of service is very reasonable and better than most. Best of all, I've never had such great service. If I'm having a problem with my pool equipment, Chris will come out himself like he did today. He walked me through what the problem was with the way I was setting my settings and explained to me why I have been having problems with my pool vacuum. I just can't say enough things about this great pool service. I have had five different pool services, at least, since I've had this pool.
