    more trash

don't do it. Once you pay they have absolutely no customer service , nobody will call me back, I am Hiring another company to come out and fix the situation my pool should have lined up with my deck, its a full 2 inches to low. The left over amount of sand they had me purchase and the amount of trash left behind, was a lot to get rid of. Really save yourself lots of headaches and problems this is not a good company.

This is how the company left the yard after replacing the pool

Warning!! If you live in Clarksville, Tennessee and need a pool, stay far away from POOL AND SPA DEPOT. They do not understand the meaning of customer service. I am a Realtor in Nashville, TN. My sweet young family purchased a home with an above ground pool. The girls were so excited to get there. There dad is in the military. Right before closing, the storm in Clarksville destroyed the pool. The sellers called POOL AND SPA DEPOT to see about repairs and they said it needed to be replaced. The sellers explained they were reporting to their insurance and needed full costs to replace. They sent someone out and they gave quote of $7774.50 to completely replace it. We were told that would be full costs. Submitted to insurance and sellers sent that amount to buyers to replace it. Buyers call the store after moving in and they first say they have no record of any of it. I sent copy of the quote given to the sellers with a persons name on it. Then another person comes out and says there is additional charge to tear down and remove the pool and that will be $300 + tax. In addition, they have to replace the sand underneath which came close to another $300. Total difference from quote to replacement was $626.89. To add salt to the wound, they destroyed their yard at this family's new home, and are not repairing and didn't remove trash and left a pack of cigarettes and a bunch of screws. There are young children at this house. The listing agents called the store and corporate about the quote vs reality and no one would accept any responsibility for this. And then they leave this mess!!! The other agent and myself had to make up the difference so as not to make it worse on our clients. What happened to customer service? This is awful! I am sure there are other resources for pools in the area. Stay away from these awful people! Spread the word!

I want to cry of everything we have gone through and still am. We trusted the store in Clarksville TN in buying a Jacuzzi, we all know they aren't cheap, because of my chronic illness my husband wanted the best to help out with my severe pain. Fast forward the jacuzzi arrived, broken too, filthy as if it had been sitting outside, the bottom was even brown. We were reassured as others do, free chemicals as if this was the answer. We called every two weeks because the concrete was wet, the cover they brought wasn't even for our jacuzzi, now as the water was always there we still believe it's from the top that was to small, our unit went out, I want to cry, called every week given a new story blaming jacuzzi, but on marketplace John was selling the same unit, with the new tops, of course we called upset, each month we called, more excuses as our jacuzzi needed to be cleaned all the time, a broken sensor they finally fixed that we had to drain and winterize it because the unit would bust. They meaning spa depot told us how to do it, more promise of chemicals but did not come out to winterize so we did not loose thousands of dollars. 6 months later we get the top, thinking yippee the wet concrete gone, new top, we were finally done fighting this company. Sad enough they said their workers get free lunch if we posted a good review. It's the only thing positive was the workers. Here we are sitting, tons of phone calls for months, close to a year when we bought, this would the jacuzzi to help with my severe injury, no way after all this they would really make it up to a disabled Veteran, now it starts all over again, tons of messages, no return phone calls. We want a new jacuzzi, the most expensive one in there for the size and promises. We have begged, pleaded, cried, and yelled. We don't want chemicals but a new jacuzzi, now a 6 plus month leaking somewhere, we want no more promises of chemicals, their sick line they give all as if this is going to make our life better, how much we have used it, We need help to hold this crappy company to their word, replace with a new one, not superglue of a leak now since we bought!! We have not opened this side, afraid to, especially this long of leaks, jacuzzi really insulate their spa

We received a call yesterday evening saying someone canceled their appointment, so they had an opening for this morning. Our leak is fixed and they supplied all our start up chemicals. Thanks Liam, Dana and the tech that came out to fix the leak.

18' Stealth Pool took about 8 weeks to get.

Everyone was great except for our sales person- John. The sales person lied to us about permits, fencing, over-dig, and so much more. The pool costed us thousands more than expected due to this sales person. The installation team from Lebanon was unprofessional and expressed that he was no longer doing pools for them, which is good for everyone else. Adam, the service manager, was amazing and every pool tech has been great when they come out. Front desk staff is always great as well. Over all it was a good experience. I wish we would have done more research before getting a stealth pool.

My yard destroyed and part of my neighbors.

It first started when I walked into the building and spoke with John. We were in the process of buying a house and we wanted to get a built-in pool. He started to talk to me and told me that because of Covid the mayor has said that no sales taxes for that weekend and that weekend only. That right there made me suspicious. He told me that I would be saving over $2000 on sales taxes for my inground pool. And said I could get a deeper pool with that $2000 that I'm saving. That sounds great however there's never taxes on an inground pool due to it being a home improvement. He's scum. I called and spoke to a manager, 2 of them to be exact, who to my face seemed to care and apologized over and over again to me however, John was still there working weeks later. Doing the exact same thing he was doing weeks before. Stupid me decides to still go with them as my pool company. I was given the runaround multiple multiple times I basically got a semi above ground pool due to them building the whole not deep enough, they made the pool into a hill in my backyard. They did not give us the cement layout that we agreed on. They destroyed my front yard to include a part of my neighbors front yard and completely destroyed my backyard fully. There's so much more that could be told in this review. Overall I would not go back to this company I wish I would've waited and shopped around more. Buying an inground pool is not cheap please please please do yourself a favor and shop around and customer service is key which this company lacks.

I wasted over a month of my time, and $250 dealing with Calhoun. When I contacted them, because…read morethey had been who the previous owner had used to our saltwater pool, I told them I didn't known anything about pools, and I wanted to make sure that them coming out would be setting up the pool to be ready to go, and was assured on the phone it would be, and they could do a pool school to teach me about it. Trying to get the guy to come out was difficult, and he kept saying I didn't need to be there for him to do it, so he came when I wasn't here, but apparently that was just to turn things on, that $250 wasn't for any chemicals, water testing, adding salt, etc. I get that must have been a miscommunication that I didn't ask specifically if the version of "setting up the pool to be ready to go" they had was what I had, but I has assumed they would have said something when I told them I wanted it to be ready for swimming when they were done. I get that they weren't going to clean it, but I assumed for $250 that they would have done the chemicals part. He came back out after weeks of me having to go in twice, plus sending a list of dozens of days I would be home to be able to be shown how to do it, which was read (I have receipt) and then ignored. I finally had to talk to the manager to get him to come back, and tell me he couldn't do anything else, and he tried to explain everything extremely fast and I ended up just being more confused. He said I should have called someone who did maintenance on pools (which I thought was them) but was really rude about the fact that they all have waiting lists so why bother. I feel scammed out of money, the communication was awful, and they are not clear on what they do when you sign up. Their bill has one line, and no details. They make you feel you are stupid for not knowing how to take care of a pool, as if this isn't what their job is for. I will never use them again, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you need anything for a pool.

That was it nothing no other chemicals were provided so that was the first $400. Within two days of the opening, the water was incredibly filthy and smelled like a bit Staten pond. I went to the store and they sold me chemicals and I went back several times each time taking a water sample with me and every time I went somebody told me something different . To the tune of $120-$150 a day. I went four times before I finally gave up. Each time I went, I was given a different set of instructions and the pool just kept getting worse. I have now been able to figure this mess out by myself, but I am never going back to them again. The chemicals I can get cheaper at Amazon, Ace Hardware, and Costco. Their employees are not consistent in the advice that they give you and everyone has a different opinion of what you should do.
