My six year old does the younger class, and my daughter does the older where she gets to learn self-defense while we work out! They earn fitness bucks to buy things at the counter. We love this gym and drive to the other side of town to go! Everyone work there has always been friendly. I wish they offered more cardio fitness classes during the evenings! There is an inside and outdoor pool, basketball courts, inside track, two weightlifting areas, HIIT area, two locker rooms with saunas, and a cardio cinema. The nursery employees always remember my son, and they're so wonderful with him despite his hyperactivity. We have really loved being members here! They even have volleyball "games" and events like parents night out here. We can't recommend CAC enough!

While my family was wowed by the facilities, one of their managers has made it impossible for my wife to feel comfortable to attend alone. This manager/trainer has a track record of harassing women who have complained to the point of tracking them down through personal emails and "coincidentally" bumping into them. Scan through other online reviews (here and elsewhere) and the pattern is obvious. Unfortunately, the owners are just cashing checks, so nothing changes. They'll ignore this review. It's just one former clients point of view. There are plenty of other options in the area, and I strongly recommend choosing one of those.

Sunday July 6th, We loved it so much on the 4th..we had to…read morecome back again..This pool is not crowded like the ones in Nashville..so it is worth the drive. We really enjoy the pool and the park. NOTES from our July 4th trip: Great place to go swimming... On Friday Fourth of July..Tony, Noel and I packed a picnic lunch in the cooler and headed out for some fun..We went to Cedar of Lebanon State Park (free to enjoy) and entered to the swimming pool area. A great price of only $4 per person. $2 if you are a camper. The pool area is nice and large with plenty of room to move around and layout. There is NO concession area here but you can bring in your own cooler. Food has to be eaten in a certain area where there is picnic tables available. But you can bring in drinks (plastic bottle only) and drink by your area, some people were snacking on chips and fruit..so I guess that is okay..no one stopped them.. You can smoke but outside of the gated pool area only. You get a hand stamp to get in and out. Also you can leave and come back the same day with the hand stamp which is good..so if you want to go eat and come back to swim some more. The hours are Wednesday thru Sunday 10:30 to 7pm..Closed on Monday and Tuesday.. What I really liked about the pool area is that it is NOT that crowded. The swimming pool itself is really large and there is a diving board..I really liked this pool area. You can bring floats and water toys and bring your own lounge chairs which is really nice. Every hour they have a pool check with a 15 minute break which is good too...keeps every safe and kids under control. The staff was nice and lifeguards young but doing their jobs also a plus..I will definitely go here again.. After we left the pool area we went to the picnic area down the park road a bit and had a cook out. Where we enjoyed a nice semi shaded area and we grilled out hotdogs and hamburgers enjoying some homemade potato salad and baked beans..A great day.. A great holiday and if you are on a BUDGET like I am ALWAYS...only $12 for the fun for a family of 3...Awesome day!!!

The people working are always friendly and willing to help or answer any questions you may have. The facility is clean and every time I come it never seems overly crowded. I come here specifically for the group classes. I mainly take Yoga, Barre and Iron Bodies but have loved every other one that I have tried. I do wish they offered more classes (especially Barre) but it's a small town and limited classes are to be expected. I'm just happy I don't have to drive 30mins to workout. :-)

The overall variety of programs for people of all ages is pretty remarkable. The front desk staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. The grounds are well maintained. The interior hallways & classrooms are clean and clutter free. Outdoor pool is popular! Several handicap spaces are available nearer to main entrance. Parking appears to be adequate but always very full. Entrance and exit is a single option off of Commonwealth Drive (cutting through to the adjacent elementary school is blocked off for safety reasons).

We stayed at the recently renovated Holiday House, and it was fantastic! There were 5 adults and 1 toddler, and we had so much space, with the little one able to even have her own room. And a big enough space that no one woke her when she went to bed earlier than the rest of us! From the patio lighting to the fire pit, it was just such an inviting experience. And everyone was so kind and helpful. While we're from the area, we came into town for a wedding in Paducah, and even though it was a little bit of a drive, I would do it 100x over to get to stay at Holiday Hills. They no longer offer day passes and have upped the price of swim lessons $15 in under a years time. The membership fee per month is outrageous for what little they provide. It is an older rec center with nowhere near the activity offerings of one's like longview in Spring Hill. Didn't think a Williamson county rec center would ever offer better pricing and experience but here we are. They are charging comparable prices but not providing comparable quality. It seems they have switched ownership or management and someone doesn't know what they're doing. Noticeable change in quality, organization and service. Multiple times over the summer I was charge twice or told I didn't pay when I produced a receipt. Had several times we made reservations just to be told we didn't. Our swim instructor is amazing, too bad they price their own community out. Would not recommend until they literally clean up, upgrade equipment and serve the community rather than their bank accounts trying to give as little as possible for the dollar spent.
